Trulieve Punta Gorda Dispensary

Genuine friendly greeting upon entering, generally the same products and prices as other locations near me, several times now I've gone out of my way to go to this location because they have product available to order online when other locations show they're out of stock, this visit began with the flower I wanted being in stock, the extra bonus was they still have O. Pen batteries available for cartridges, the Port Charlotte location had recently told me it was a discontinued item and tried to get me to swap it out for the Sunshine battery, I declined cuz an even swap isn't even financially (trading a $35 product for a $10-15 product) and I already have a Sunshine brand simple button battery, this Trulieve location's service has been above and beyond, I received a genuine friendly greeting upon entering, the wait was extremely short, one previous visit here my discounts were not figured correctly but I couldn't do anything about it cuz I'd already gotten home and this location is out of my way, other than that the staff are very helpful and highly knowledgeable.

This is clearly the best Trulieve out of the six I have visited. I don't know why, but I can't remember the pleasant young man that processed my order. My reciept says it was authorized by 11343 on 5/17/2023. I will definitely be a regular at this location from now on.

Worst trulieve out of all of them don’t go here unless you are ready to wait 2 hours for your order the slowest trulieve there is around absolutely horrible consistently the slowest dispensary within 100 miles absolutely terrible if I could rate 0 stars I would

They go out of their way to explain everything to you. They are very helpful. This is my favorite location their products are always high quality. And the prices are the best. I recommend this location to anyone.

The big old white man Tom is a very rude and angry employee who lacks basic customer service skills. Have never had a bad experience at any Trulieve and now I feel uncomfortable, un welcomed and discriminated against by this individual.

Made an order at 9am arrived at store to pick up at 4pm they had no one to do online orders and a two hour wait to pick up. UNACCEPTABLE

Terrible point system and there employees are very slow they will sit in back when your waiting.you would think if there not busy it would be fast your wrong.this is the worst trulieve

They have no employees at Punta Gorda, been waiting for over an hour now. This happens every time we come here. Time to find a better company

First, the staff here has ALWAYS been the best, friendly and helpful. However, my most recent experience was awful. Made an order, went to pick it up and there was an 80min wait. They said they would hold it for me if I came back the next day. Came back the next day, same thing, extremely long wait. Again, they said they would hold it. Went back today, about 1hr wait, but in fact, my order was NOT ready. They could see that I had ordered but no items showed up. It appeared as though they had one staff member up front and one in the back, that's it. Again, these two staff were excellent, but WOW, something is seriously wrong with overall staffing level and logistics.

The staff is great. Only reason I gave an extra star. But their check-in system is horrible. It is pointless to check in via text, as the results from that are never true. I came in when it said about 10 minutes left and was put to the end of the line like everyone else and had to wait over 90 minutes. Why check in at all when it all resets when you walk in anyways?

Area manager Sandy is the best. I almost always have a wonderful experience at this location. Would recommend

My problem with this place is I order flower with a percentage, then I go pick it up and it's not the percentage on the web site and they tell me they have no control of that. So I stop going there.

Really like coming to this location, always has what we want, fast checkout, great staff! We drive 20 minutes out to come over vs the Trulieve 5 minutes away from our home.
