All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The AGM Jose was especially helpful, thanks. I recommend completely.

Management in this store is rude and disregarded his patient and what we say to him. This is for medical purposes not a convenient store. This is how you treat patients. Reported to corporate we shall see how far this goes if anything changes. This is a medical facility and I find that you are always waiting.
When I come there im there at 830 and still have never been treated as express at anything. Express is not express. You still wait a long time. Why have waited when the front desk person says they have a spot for you, you go in and sit for 30 min or longer while walk ins are walking in and out.
Management needs attention and trying for proper procedures and customer service.

This is the only dispensary (All Trulieve’s) I consistently wait 20+ minutes, even if I place a pick up order.

Unless you place your order online or have an hour to wait, I recommend you go to a different dispensary. They used to be pretty fair about calling walk-ins along with online orders so everyone had to wait a few minutes, now they call walk-ins as soon as they check in and leave everyone else sitting for no less than 25 minutes, and that wasn’t one time, it’s been the last 3 times I’ve been in. This used to be my favorite place to shop, now I think they don’t really want people to shop, they only want to do online orders so that’s a bummer, but they aren’t the only dispensary around so I’ll stop complaining and leave it at this. Place an order online, or be prepared to wait. And considering that every other container has to be returned because it can’t be opened has made me decide that it’s just not worth the waste of time using this dispensary.

You’ll be waiting for over an hour no matter if you pre order or not. Product is good but they seem extremely slow for no reason.

It was great. Cashier was a little too chatty for my taste. I like to get in and out.
Other than that it was great.

Got here with only 4 people ahead of me, got in the system, then they started calling people up that arrived long after I did. Never coming here again it’s always been a long wait but now there’s a possibility it’ll be a long wait to find out you’ve been booted out of the queue while you were sitting in the waiting room.

Is this location short staffed? I placed an online order for faster pickup, I waited an hour for the text, I didn’t get one, I went to this location and was told it would be an hour+ wait. I don’t know what’s going on, but you lost an $84 sale because of your extremely long wait time. When I place an order at Curaleaf, it’s ready within minutes, MINUTES! Please don’t have a mobile order option if you can’t fulfill it. Hire more staff, pay people more, do something, I will not be back to this location until wait time improves. Curaleaf has my business for life! No need for the same generic response you reply to everyone else.

This is the most by far unprofessional waste of time place I've been to.
I placed my order 2 hours ahead of time and checked in Right when I got to the plaza so I didn't have to wait a super long time.
So I get here and apparently my check-in link expired 2 minutes ago!
And instead of putting me next in line (you know cuz that's more logic) I got placed in a walk in line so now I have to wait 20 additional minutes when I've been here for the past 15 minutes now! I don't recommend this place to anybody ever! What's the point of having an online order that's ready to go and checking in JUST TO SIT here? !

Wonderful products, but horrible company. I have heard nothing but complaints from the staff. They took away the complimentary water fridge. Up front the staff can no longer sit, they no longer get a computer. Staffing shortages. Cut hours. It’s obvious that corporate does not care for their employees well being.
I will buy my medical products else where. I hope that corporate changes their behavior.

Everyone is nice and friendly, but no sense of urgency. I place an online order and I still have to wait? Last time I was told mobile orders are prioritized, after 35 minutes I was still 7th in line. Be prepared to sit in the lobby for hours.

Why can't we hire people to work another hour wait for express pick up this is crazy get it together please

I’ve been coming here for so long. I always go in on Mondays so I can be served by miss rose. I’ve been extremely upset not seeing her the last few weeks I’ve gone in. I go the extra mile to go to this store just to see miss rose. Please bring her back or I’m going to another store!

I honestly like Truelieve but this is Probably the worst Truelieve location. As the other reviews state the wait is outrageous. They need to either hire more people or raise their wages to attract more motivated people. I placed an order at 8am and by 3pm it was finally packaged then I show up and there’s a 45min wait for express pickup. I left and placed a order at a different location and it was ready in only an hour. If you can, go to a different location.

Don't make an order online. They'll make you wait 2 hours, never call you, you show up and then they still make you wait in line. When you ask them why? Their answer is, "our online person didn't show up". So you don't call the person to let them know? You make the customer become a walk-in when they ordered 2 hours ago!? Then also blame someone else how orders are backed up from yesterday. Bro. I'm trying to relax and they're straight up agrrivating and stressing out their customers before purchase. Congratulations to Trulieve for stressing me out more than helping
