Trulieve Tallahassee

Have yet to have an issue. Prices are on par with others and regularly run specials. I've always managed to see the same associate which allows me to build a repertoire with them.

Cashier refused to give me the 25% off for happy hour yesterday on a cartridge. They said that the discount did not apply to that cartridge even though there was no written exclusion for applying the discount. Complete BS. I'm tired of Trulieve, I have had much better experiences at other dispensaries.

If they had a menu.asking for a product & the back & forth, let me check. "we dont have in stock" is irritating. Display what you have.

Both my wife & I have mmj cards, yet I was not allowed to go into the store part with her because there's a "one customer per register" policy that's suddenly being enforced. NOT COOL.: (

Three ground flower orders in succession at Trulieve with none in stock when arrive at Tallahassee store. No notification to me via text about not being in stock. The website offerings have no connection to the actual quantity in stock at the store. Each time a clerk at the store tried to upsell me on something else in stock. Other stores in Tallahassee, such as Surterra, have a web platform that is tied to actual quantities in stock! This s not rocket science here. I'm done with them!

Do not use their delivery service unless you want all your neighbors to know what is being delivered. They wear green T Shirts with the Trulieve name on it. These folks are young and dumb and thought it was really funny when I told them that was not cool!

The main lady at the front desk is extremely personable and realistic about wait times and stock. The rest of the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and quick in the back without rushing you out.

This place is bogus. Every time I have tried to order anything. Its always out of stock. Some have been out for months. They tell you to check back on delivery days only to find out that the delivery driver must have smoked it all up because nothing comes in.

Drive 2 1/2 hours to pick up my online order to be told it had been cancelled. No phone call, no email, no text to let me know. Then I'm told they don't have what I need even in the store. The person whom seemed to be the charge said they couldn't call everyone to let them know. How about a email or text. BAD BUSINESS

In the beginning Trulieve was the end all be all for cannabis in Tallahassee. Now they are always out of product or make new policies such as adding to an online order that are ridiculous. I understand that some people take advantage but the fact they are always out of items sometimes it’s the only way to even get flower. Over it, moving on to other dispensaries other than for shatter and once I find that elsewhere I’m done with Trulieve

Unfortunately this location never has enough product in stock. If you dont go right when they get shipments in then your left with nothing. I found the type of cartridge that works best for me but they never have it. I'd also love to try other options.but they never have it. Great product but why keep opening more stores when you cant keep up with the demand with the locations you already have.

Online or store can’t enter new patient info to start commerce, incomplete product info, software issues- enter all personal info, agree to terms, press submit and program dumps vital information. Started with 2 stars, and realized this might be a waist of time -1 Star

Never have the products that you want. Might as will say just put something in the bag. Order on line go in for pick up to be told don’t have. Online not correct I’m sorry. Very nice store being clean. Way to go TRUTURDS

I was extremely happy with Trulieve until recently here in Tallahassee. Ever since the smokable flower made it's legalization debut, the vape selection (s) have dwindled down to nothing. They never seem to have the 250/400/600mg cartridges in stock anymore.

This place never has stock, they never answer there phone, and they honestly don't care about there customers.

Pretty much always out of stock on what you want when you want it. Needs to open earlier. There's always a line outside by 9: 30am, then when they open at 10, you have to wait an hour for everyone in line to get served. Basic business sense would tell you to open earlier.

I originally put an outstanding review for trulieve. However the past few weeks have been an absolute horrible experience with trulieve. It's not the product and I have found two or three amazing salespeople. However I have had three orders with confirmations show up to pick up and they're not available and of course they're completely out of flour no offer of a discount no offer of anything just an apology and better luck next time. I really hope you get it together trulieve.

UPDATE: Emailed you guys over 48 hrs ago now and still no response. Looks like the Tallahassee location isn't the only facility lacking.

This location has gone down hill! The wait times are ridiculous on restock days. The website has not been updated in what seems like months. So no way to place online orders call store direct and nobody picks up. Try calling the call center just to wait on hold and get dumped to an answering machine. Leave a message and don't even get a call back.

This is the absolute best place for all you medical marijuana needs. Amazing selection knowledgeable staff who can answer all of your questions. Jasmine is an amazing budtender.

No stock, out of everything good. Just disappointment after disappointment with Truelieve Tallahasse. Waste of time.
