Trulieve Tampa Dispensary (Busch)

Always a super long wait and line when I get here smfh. You would think they were smart enough to hire more staff but no they rather their patients wait in the lobby for an hour just to get their medicine. Go elsewhere do not waste your precious time coming here, you will wait at least 45 minutes!

Ive been a Trulieve customer for many years and have tried several locations in the Tampa area. This location is always quick and friendly.

I love the specials! They have great deals! Also the staff is knowledgeable and their recommendations are always on point! Fast service even when you just walk in! Everything you need to feel better all in 1 place!

So terrible. Always so slow. Prices are not even good for their quality. The express pickup coming in and immediately being served is ridiculous when you have pick ups waiting for 30min. Highly recommend Sanctuary. Worth the drive for quality and prices.

I'm a veteran that struggles with a lot. My Trulieve staff know me by name and can always help with determining the best medicine for good price for me. Trulieve offers the 7 grams ground for a good price too. Thanks you guys for the great counseling. I can order online and go in and pick it up or delivery. Usually pretty quick. I try to go in the mornings before 1pm. I guess you could say I didn't feel distant, I could tell them what my ailment is at the time and they would explain the difference between hybrid indica sativa etc. I don't have a lot of money for my medicine but the sales are great!

Today was my first time in a medical dispensary. I wish I would have done this sooner since I forgot the ladies name that helped me. But I’ll be back again and get her name and update this. I can remember she had some cool tattoos and really pretty eyes. But overall she was amazing. She walked me through everything. She was so knowledgeable. I thought I knew a few things myself but she impressed me with everything she knew. She absolutely made the experience personable. And I love that. To feel like you have a persons complete attention and to be able to ask any questions goes a long way. Her customer service skills are top notch. Make sure you bring cash so you can leave them tips. Needless to say I will be going back and I look forward to possibly working with her again.

Was not given a pleasant experience by Jack from Trulieve. Purposefully declined me a multitude of strains due to a past experience outside of work. Declined me to use the ATM, gave a weak excuse, and was disrespectful to my mother. Do not recommend coming to this Trulieve again.

My biggest complaint here is the WAIT TIME! I really have never been at any dispensary that makes you wait for HOURS for pick up orders to be ready. I ordered 3 hours ago and my order is still not ready. I'm currently sitting in the lobby waiting just like everyone else, what was the point of ordering ahead? ! I could have just walked in. Why even offer the option to do so if it won't be ready? I mean I get being backed up on orders but come on 3 hours really? I go to Curaleaf and my order is ready in 15 minutes no matter how big the size. This order is a small one and it will be a total of nearly 4 hours from ordering until the time I actually walk out with my products.

I came last night 30 minutes to close and was told that even if I wait I would probably still not be seen 30 minutes before closing really? Is it a lack of staff or just the desire to go home so turning away customers is more convenient? Thank God for other dispensaries around the area because it would really suck to be limited to just this location.

Plus side staff is friendly and they have some good products for decent prices. All I'm saying is do better with the wait time especially for orders placed wayyy ahead of time online.

Placed my order online for specials on minis. Didn’t get the order ready text until 2 minutes before they closed. Came in first thing when they opened, wasn’t able to get the special on minis because I didn’t pick it up day off. Again my order wasn’t ready until 2 minutes before they closed. I asked to speak with a manager and of course was given the regular excuse of there’s nothing I could do.great customer service.

The kids you have in the front are very unprofessional, there is one of ur employees she looks like a mop with glasses thinks she's all high and mighty, never going there again.

Beautiful clean store. Friendly employees Can be a little crowed on weekends, plan accordingly. Order ahead of time on web.and pick up best bet.

Don't matter if your order wait times are to long I got a text my order was ready at 750pm I showed up at 8 pm and waited and didnt get my order till 845pm.if my order is ready I don't understand why I have to wait for walk ins first.edit: please for the love of god open express pickup side do something these wait times are ridiculous 25 mins or more every time I walk in this place I’ll order something and it will literally take you guys allll day 3plus hours to have more order ready fix this place already it’s been like this for a very long time

Everyone in this location have so much knowledge of the product and how to use it. The best costumer service experience I had so far.

This location is a very efficient, despite being busy the majority of the the time, the employees are always welcoming and extremely helpful. Alot of people seem to get grouchy because of how busy they are and the wait times, but those same people STILL shop there all time, so the good obviously out weighs the bad. Ok.here is my perspective. When patients come to dispensaries. I believe they all share some expectations of how the process of receiving their medications should happen. One is to show transparency when it comes to the order and speed that patients are helped. It's a big factor in the customer experience. This particular store does ok with it.but could improve a bit. I've noticed that all dispensaries have cut their staff, so the quality of service will drop and that may be happening here. Trulieve does have good products. I like the range of prices in each category. From low-life dirty vapes to high-class expensive top tier smoke.you can get what you need here.big selection!

Had waited a very long time even with pre order and the fact i can’t use my credit card or tap payment is very annoying

Best deals for patients! Despite the wait the staff is extremely friendly and helpful with finding the right medicine.

According to your recommendation they have a wide range of tinctures, edibles, concentrates, dry flower, CBD, and more. Curaleaf tends to have better selection when it comes to THC vapes. M. U. V can be a hit-or-miss when it comes to dry flowers.

Overall I have only visited Trulieve, since I've been a patient since 2017. I can't find no better service or quality including the discounts and benefits anywhere else
