Trulieve Titusville Dispensary

It’s been great even on bad purchases it’s been great but now no veteran spouses that are actually veterans without ID. No more veteran discounts for certain items. Picky, picky, picky more like profiling whomever you feel. Mostly veterans though I’m sure. What would you possibly have to say for yourself now? After seven years of being a loyal customer and spending way over $80,000.

Titusville location is unorganized, you can order online and still have to wait over an hour in store because they don’t have their system straightened out yet. Also old guy with a ponytail gives off serious creeper vibes and the younger guy doesn’t ever seem to know what’s going on. Save yourself a headache and go to the Merrit Island location!

There starting to lack on customer care. New people not knowing what their selling to u, u ask them to explain & they look dumbfounded! Other then that its a great place, good deals!

Austin alone makes this place a great place to shop at. Great to talk to and very helpful. Thanks!:)

Best dispensary in my area make sure you watch out for the sales every day and you can save a lot. They let you use 3 discount’s for new customers and you can use them at different times 60% off 50% off and 40% off. Make sure you use those discounts on items that never go on sale like tinctures, concentrates, and other certain products depending on what your preference of medication is. Don’t waste your $ and do the research. They also have a great customer service line. Make sure to place your order ahead of time to skip the line.

I love coming here! But I'ma need for more cashier's to be on the clock. The staff move to slow and it's only one one person signing us in as we come through the door. I think people who have ordered online should be able to be seen first before the walk-ins. The express online sign in is slow too they take forever to confirm your order so it's impossible to click express. Please get more staff every register should have an employee at it. Why have all them registers if you not going to use them.

I don’t come here very often but every time I have been here it was faster than most of their other locations I’ve been to across Florida.

Always nice staff sometimes it's busier than others but they always get it done. Good product, and they do have some nice sales. Also give good recommendations if somethings not working for you.

The dispensary is very clean. The guy working the desk was nice & as he checked me in he asked if I had any questions. (Nope. I pre-plan & take pics of what I want!) Even though it was a slow day, I've always had good interactions with other clientele. Let's face it. We're all there for a common goal even if the reason (s) may be different. Trulieve has good sales & a wide variety of choices. This store is conveniently located, with several other stores nearby, so you can get other shopping done in 1 run! I hope relief is on the horizon for you!

WORST TRUELIEVE! THE STAFF IS SO RUDE AND UNACCOMADATING! WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ONE AGAIN! IN ADDITION THEY CHARGEF ME $10 More than my order was! THIEFS!

Old lady wouldn’t check me in when I walked in because she was busy talking to herself about nothing. Even though I was making a pickup and I was the only one in the waiting area. Somehow 3 others walked in after me and went in befor me. She said it was because they placed online orders. Which is what I did. After 15 minutes I had to leave without meds. It seemed pretty clear she was allowing back the people who were engaging in her senseless chatter.

Don’t waste your time

The lady up front was very confused and disorganized. She forgot my name and I had already been sitting there for 30+ minutes.

I don't even know where to begin. The older woman working the front desk was openly having a racist conversation infront of customers. She did apologize after I said something but that does not excuse that behavior. Especially at one's place of employment. Do better.
