3Not reliable at all - the Doctor Glass in Winter Park has been promissing just 2 pieces of glass for more than 4 weeks and the Trulite Bradenton Factory cannot keep a simple promise. And then they stop answering the phone or when they answer, they say the glasses are ready and when the contractor get there to pick them up, they say that the glass were broken. Terrible experience.
Worst business I have ever dealt with. We have moved all of our business elsewhere. They send invoices for products never shipped. You can never speak to anyone who knows what is going on. 3.9 stars that they have must be from employees.
