I had an amazing experience looking for my dress! It was the first store I went to and the dresses I tried on and Laura really set the bar high for me. Laura was very kind and was very receptive to what I was looking for and my preferences. I was not expecting to find my dress at the first store I went to but I’m so happy I did! Not only did I find my dream dress but I also had an amazing experience.

The best! I am beyond grateful for my experience here with Laura. She was AMAZING. Before even coming into the store, she picked out several dresses that she thought would fit my style based on a brief phone call. She absolutely nailed it. Laura made me feel so comfortable, confident and at ease. I had been to other bridal shops previously and this was by far the best experience. Not only is Laura so sweet and comforting, she is super knowledgeable on all the styles of dresses and what would look best on each body type. I am so happy with my experience today and that I was finally able to say yes to the dress!

I was blown away with how amazing working with Laura was! Her excitement and enthusiasm is so contagious. She was absolutely amazing and I found THE ONE! The shop is beautiful and my girls and I had so much fun! I can’t thank Laura enough for such a perfect day!

I went to Truly Forever to try on a specific dress, drove over an hour to their store as no other bridal store had this dress available. The staff at Truly Forever Sarasota drove to their Tampa location to pick up this specific dress for me to try on, which is absolutely amazing. When I arrived, I was immediately welcomed by Laura who was extremely helpful and really made my experience a comfortable one. I was so happy to have found my dress!

I said yes to the dress at Truly Forever Bridal Sarasota! After going to 5 bridal shops (including Kleinfeld and 2 others in NYC) I finally found my dress at Truly Forever! Laura was so sweet, kind and helpful! I felt like a Princess on my wedding day

Laura at Truly Forever Bridal in Sarasota made my experience more then I could have ever asked for! I was very nervous walking in and thought I knew what I would like and what would look good on me, but in the end I picked a completely different style. If it wasn’t for Laura helping me think out of the box when it came to the shape but also keeping in mind the look I was still going for I would have never tried on let alone said YES to the dress I picked! It is beautiful and I feel amazing in it! Thank you Laura for making my day so special.

I had my appointment just over a month ago and I am still so amazed at how my appointment went! I wasn't as excited as a bride-to-be should be I suppose and it's because I am SO indecisive and really didn't know how I felt about trying on a bunch of gowns and wasn't sure how a consultant would really know what I'd want when I didn't even 100% know. But Laura exceeded my expectations.by far. She was like another mom/friend with me; helping figure out what I like/don't like and even encouraged me to try on some gowns I didn't think I'd like. Which ended up being just what I needed because the gown I ended up saying "yes" to was one, when she first showed it to me, I said "nah, it's not really me". When she got the gown on me she actually gasped and said wow.before I saw myself I didn't think I'd have the same reaction but I did! I didn't think I'd really have "the moment" but I did. It was so unexpected but wonderful.
The shop is quaint and homey feeling but also so classy and elegant. We met the owner too and she was such a sweetheart! They supplied some snacks, water, champagne. They really made it such a delightful and enjoyable experience. I really cannot rave enough about them!

I had the best time with Laura and my mom here! Laura made me feel so welcomed and comfortable trying on so many wedding dresses. She was so kind and honest during the whole thing. And, just as we were getting ready to leave she stopped us with a dress that called to her, so I tried it on and it turned out to be THE dress for me. I’m so happy she was there and that we came to this store!

Laura and the Truly Forever Bridal team made finding my dream dress such an amazing experience! As soon as I arrived I was greeted with kind words and positive energy, which made me that much more excited to get started. I felt so confident that I was in good hands, and we ended up finding my ceremony and reception dresses in the same visit. SUCH A RELIEF! After grueling months of searching for a wedding dress online and in person in the greater Tampa Bay area; I finally found the Best Bridal Shop and the Absolute Best Consultant. I am from LA but getting married in Clearwater Beach, Florida in March 2023.
This was no easy task, costly and time consuming to say the least until I flew to my parents and went to the Tampa Bay Bridal Show on October 16,2022 in St. Petersburg. There I met with Laura Kane at the Truly Forever Bridal Salon’s (Sarasota) booth.
From the moment I met her; I knew she was sincere and all about me and my special day. You know how they say, “I had that gut feeling”?
I told her of my nightmares at other bridal shops that weren’t flexible and weren’t listening to me and what I wanted. It was all about them and what they wanted to sell regardless of my budget. It was all what I couldn’t do or get instead of what we can do to help you to find the perfect dress. Also, the disrespect and body shaming I dealt with to mention a few. And I had to pay a fee to even see a dress much less try one on! Very poor customer service!
Laura Kane spent the time and answered all the right questions while at the Show. I was convinced that I needed to get an appointment with her first over all the rest before I fly back to LA. I told her I was not buying on the first visit due to the issues I had with previous shops and she fully understood.
We drove 3 times as far as the competition shops down to Sarasota to see Laura’s Salon. We and had a fantastic 1 on 1 full attention to me, the bride to be, with no one else in the salon! Laura has an energy you’ll love!
Laura was prepared! A warm greeting and then the fun started. She selected several dresses from a couple designers (one I was familiar with) and in the shape and materials I wanted to sample. She made a complex decision easy!
Laura is multifaceted in her solutions to meet all my requests and needs. She offered the appropriate options and accessories to help me make my decision. She opened my eyes to “options” I couldn’t have ever known. Laura knew what my build was and worked around every obstacle to get me to make an easy decision. Oh, I said I wasn’t deciding on the first appointment! By the way, there was no consultation fee whether I made a purchase or not.
She nailed it with designer dresses just below to just above my planned budget to choose from. While trying on each dress with her assistance; it became so easy for me to make my choice. Her knowledge to customize my wishes for the perfect dress was remarkable.
Laura was flexible enough to work with my timeline (and being in LA) and need for fittings/alterations as we get closer to the wedding.
Guess what happened next? After all of Laura’s insight and solutions and just plain fun working with her…I SAID “YES TO THE DRESS”. Yes, I had to eat my words and bought on the first visit. The dress looks great on me. Laura didn’t “sell” anything, I bought. Although, I paid in full, they offer and easy payment plan.
Laura wasn’t concerned about pushing the high end dollar package but rather seeing me excited and happy due to her expert assistance in creating the perfect dress.
The silhouette, color choice and under garments plus accessories all came together, BOOM! My mom and dad cried as they watched the final dress selection presentation.
Laura captured the theme of my beach wedding, the fabric and accessories to complement my look. She fulfilled my dreams and I have never felt this good about myself in years! I feel so confident now, happy, relaxed, relieved and very thankful that I found Laura. A person I can trust!
Now, I can go back to LA until my next fitting and feel so excited and confident that I made the right choice. And that Laura Kane at Truly Forever Bridal Salon in Sarasota made it all possible.

I truly regret not purchasing my dress here. I made the mistake of purchasing a dress from another vendor ended up having to bring it in for alterations at Truly Forever. They saved me from a wedding gown disaster. From the moment I made my appointment everyone was extremely professional and helpful. Their seamstress Rita made me the happiest bride!
