Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control, Melbourne FL

I'd give the technician, Jeff, five stars, the man seriously works when he lays down an inside or outside barrier. He's respectful, friendly, everything you want in someone who enters your house. I have to repeatedly remind him he doesn't have to take his shoes off when coming inside.
The reason the review is three stars is because I'd rate the office staff at -2. Jeff went home sick this morning. I hope it's nothing serious. At 3: 45 pm I called to enquire about my service call scheduled between 1: 00 and 3: 00 pm. I got, "Oh, I guess we forgot to call and let you know! " Then she offered to reschedule for a day and time I won't be available. Apparently not being willing to reschedule MY life wasn't what she wanted to hear. So then she offers a Thursday appointment, it's freaking MONDAY. Well, cancel on someone tomorrow and reschedule them I suggested and I was told "Oh no, we can't inconvenience a customer like that! " But they knowing that I wasn't going to get my service and could inconvenience me by not letting me know something they knew all day. This is not the 1st time the office has screwed up. I regularly get hung up on when asked to hold. I've made appointments they never actually scheduled. This isn't even the first time the technician has called in and they failed to inform me.
I'm going to check with some of my neighbors and see who they use for pest protection. I would seriously miss Jeff but I'm sick of paying a company a fortune and their office staff being next to useless. Spend less on the gimicky cars and hire people who can do their job.

I absolutely LOVE this response from the "owner". My experience with Jeff? ! I said I'd give Jeff five-stars. He's a trooper, works his butt off when he's here. Friendly, knowledgeable an all around asset to your company. My complaint, which I made abundantly clear, was with your office staff. Knowing the technician was out sick but never bothering to inform the customer. I heard from the office today, February 2nd. Do you know when the scheduled the follow-up visit for the ANTS IN MY HOUSE? February 22nd! Twenty days, actually twenty one days from my original appointment. This person responding never even read my review. They scanned it, saw Jeff's name and bang they're going to hang it all on him. Well, you guys have 20 days to come up with a way to keep my business. I've already started talking to my neighbors to see who they use and if they're happy. Oddly only one uses Truly.

They got rid of the millipedes that had taken over. Now they take care of all of our pest control and lawn needs, we are very satisfied.

Previous negative review of their lawn service for weed control, They asked to be contacted But just to let everyone know they don't correct bad service after being notified. They should stick to pest control.

Weed Control service was absolutely unsuccessful, Still have same weeds after their weed control application. I told the Viera, FL serviceman I was not happy and refused to sign the contract for $560.more lawn services. He said he would return in 2 weeks to assess my weeds and never returned. I'm basically out the $80.for their weed control application that had no effect on the weeds. They should stick to pest control and NOT CLAIM THEY HAVE EFFECTIVE LAWN SERVICES.

Alan and his team were awesome! Alan kept us informed to everything throughout the entire process. The Tech was very friendly, efficient and tidy. We feel safe knowing Truly Nolan has us covered! Thank you!

We've used Truly Nolen for several years.for both termite inspection / termite bond and overall pest control (i.e. Ants). They are great to work with. Technicians are professional, and they will promptly come back out if insects return. Great service!

I contracted this company to help with my rat problem. They have sent so many people over and none have been able to help me. One person said that we did not have any openings on the roof, but then my husband found a dead rat in the attic and threw it away. When we called truly, they said that they have to physically see the rat before they seal up areas of the roof! So are we suppose to hang on to the dead rat and wait a few days for them to show up? ! At this point they have breached the contract and I have wasted my money as they have done nothing to help me!

Their lawn care is okay but not great. Grass is green but not thick and lush and there always a few weeds. Price is reasonable but they probably don’t apply sufficient product.

Porsche was prompt and caring. I enjoyed her company, valued and respected the service she provided. She's one tough cookie! Thanks!

First time, using Truly Nolen. (Rats) I killed 2 rats. Had to call someone. On Wednesday June 17,2020, Man came to my house gave me price. (VALUE RODENT, Includes, Exclusion, Trapping, Rodent Removal Service). $995.00. Yes i signed contract. Serviceman came Friday June 19,2020.used Stainless Steel wire mesh.filled all openings in my tile roof, mainly the caps. DID A VERY GOOD JOB. Worked my 2 hours, set traps. Lady came Monday 6/22/20 looked at traps, (Attic) No Rats.reset them. Came today, no rats.coming one more time Friday. The total hours, maybe 4. The price very high!

Last year. I contracted with this company to help me with my problem. At first they were very responsive. They sealed up any entry point and areas of concern. Then the rats returned. They began trapping them for weeks, and checked for other entry points. This went on but there was still no end to the rodents. I continued to communicate that I was having problems and they stopped doing anything. I have guests that stay in my apartments so there were times that I wasn't sure if it was working. When I would go in to clean I still heard scuffling in the walls and ceiling. They kept telling me about a smoke test, which never happened. I guess it was a smoke and mirrors test to seei if I still believed them! Finally after complaining I needed help with my problem they scheduled "the test". Then when it was time to do the test they never showed up or communicated about it. I'm sorry I paid this company $1500. I shouldn't have contracted with them! They do part of the job sealing entry ways but if that doesn't work they don't do anything. I still have my rodent problems!
An update, one month ago they said they would finally come and do the smoke test. A guy came to my house, opened the crawl space stuck his hand in and snapped a picture. He said there was a pipe that was vented and there must be openings in the pipes. He said I would have to hire a company to cover all the pipes. I called a company which said that they would not go under the house because the crawl space was too low. I was unable to find anyone, so end of story, still had rats in the wall. I finally gave up on Truly Nolan and put some poison in the wall and under the house. They never called and never solved my problem. It was a big price tag and no results. Very disappointed!

After previously having used Truly Nolan in Miami, we had no hesitation in calling them here in Brevard. We had several services rendered by this excellent company. Alan outlined a very credible plan, and it was executed to perfection. All of the various technicians were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond their duties. Darrell, Seth, Matt, Dana and Portia came at various times and were exceedingly competent at their tasks. We are TRULY happy with their 5 star work!

We bought a new build two years ago and the builder blew in insulation. There was no insulation over the garage or lanai. Some places had mounds of insulation. We called Truly Nolen Pest Control and the amazing woman on the phone had Allan out the same day for an inspection and bid. Allen was very professional and informative. The crew was out Saturday morning. The job was completed in three hours. The guys were respectful, swept the garage for us and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Thank you!
