Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control, Opa-locka FL

My family and I had a termite infestation. I called Truly Nolen, spoke with a gentleman named Craig who quickly took my information down and scheduled a technician. The technician Jared called thirty minutes before arrival, showed up on time, and upon arrival inspected everything, listened attentively, and took action. He eradicated the termites! Problem gone. Amazing customer service and professionalism, truly recommend to others. This is the best branch of Truly Nolen I've ever dealt with.

We are very pleased with the technician who provides service for my neighbors lawn nextdoor who receives service from Truly Nolen Im doing this because he has no cell phone or computer the tech is very responsible respectibul and also has a vast amount of knowledge pertaining to lawns he has to be one of the best I seen I plan on telling my husband to get the service thanks for everything

On 09.25.2023, Mr. Corbin and Mr. Abel came to our Department which is The City of Hialeah Gardens Water and Sewer Department. Charles and Miller was great got me thinking about keeping service most likely I will if I can pay when service is done. Don't want yearly contract.

I started working with Truly Nolen since last December. Technicians Mashaad Miller and Jamesly Charles have done a great job in keeping my lawn healthy and green. I had an awful case of fungus which they helped me resolve. They always show up on time and go over the treatment of the lawn each visit. Very knowledgable, friendly and professional.

I started using Truly Nolan a few years ago because we began having ants in the kitchen that were traveling from our yard and a large nearby tree. Since I also nurture Monarchs in my backyard, there is a fine balance between pest control and saving the butterflies. My technician, Raul, understands this and is always careful when attending to our exterior. The recent period of heavy rains in Miami made ants seek shelter back in my kitchen again. One call to Truly Nolan had Raul back out to address the issue. Raul listened to my description of the problem and took the necessary steps to fix it. My Monarchs are still thriving but he has made it clear to the ants that their place is outside. Raul has always been courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. He texts me the day of or the day before service to give me his ETA so I can plan my day. I couldn't be happier with his service or the products he uses. Since bugs are a natural part of living in South Florida, I expect to continue using Truly Nolan for my quarterly pest control.

Our technician, Mashaad Miller, is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Our lawn has gone from dry and patchy to lush and green. It’s now a pleasure to look at. Highly recommended.

No happy as a NEW CUSTOMER I have had now 3 no shows & no calls. Emailed & called to speak to manager / supervisor also have not been able to reach anyone or had a call or email back. Very dissatisfied this far & will be cancelling services.

Abel came out on short notice took his time investigating and exterminating. Great customer service. Professional courteous and knowledgeable.

Be Advised… unless you Pay them $390 every year, your Warranty will EXPIRE and they will not cover you any more. Despite paying Thousands of dollars for their service last year, they will send you a bill 12 Months later charging you to keep the warranty active. It shows how much faith they have in their own product!
What a Disappointment!

Rusty is very diligent and has been coming to us for many years. If there is a problem, I can contact him to come again.
