I received a healthy home inspection & pest extermination visit. Swann performed the healthy home inspection which he provided a thorough review of the interior & exterior of our home inspecting for potential problem areas and pests. He provided some great feedback and tips to keep pests out of our home going forward.

Walens performed my pest extermination. He was also very professional & knowledgeable about the pests and key steps for removal. He provided helpful information throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. Overall, I was impressed with both exterminators. Both were very professional & showcased a willingness to educate me about the pests, environment & mitigation techniques. I look forward to continued service from these two professionals.

On 7/27 my elderly mother was at home (remington apartments kissimmee fl) she is bed bound after having surgery. She was not fully dressed when the exterminator attempted to open her door. When she notified him that he couldnt come in because she was not fully dressed his response to her was he didnt care and that he was still coming in. After my mother yelled no again he then threatened her and said he was going to tell her management office. How dare he!? That’s disgusting, unprofessional and scary. He needs to be fired! This is not the first encounter my mom has had with this perosn!

Swann was the technician that treated my home today. He was very professional, informative, knowledgeable and he was on time. I'd like to say thank you to Swann for being so professional and taking good care of our situation. We were dealing with a pest issue and he explained everything we needed to know. I contracted with Truly Nolen in October 2022 for roaches and they have come for a few inside appointments but have never gotten rid of the roaches. I have called the office and I am informed they spray outside for the roaches, I advised I need them to spray inside. And Willow Dryden scheduled 3 appointments for Dustin to come spray the first of the 3 appointments were scheduled for this past Saturday 4-6 and nobody called or showed. I called the office and emailed Willow on Monday 7/10/23 and was advised by willow that a manager would be calling me within the next 2 days and I have still not received a call from anybody.

Burt, our tech, is excellent. Extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He makes our yearly inspection pleasurable! I highly recommend Truly Nolen & Burt!
