Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control, Port Charlotte FL

I’m just not happy overall. I was sold a package deal for rodent removal, cleaning, sanitizing, and for them to block off any openings in my house that could be an entry port. Well there was not any rodents (apparently the drippings were old) …Nothing was cleaned but said it was “sanitized “ and their excuse was they could not get the shop vac into the small space so therefore “sorry can’t clean it. ” He assured me that the rodent droppings were nontoxic and would disintegrate eventually after it was sanitized, but the company could not provide me with paperwork stating that due to liability. Well, if they were so nontoxic, why couldn’t they clean it out with a glove or shovel? I paid them to CLEAN as stated in contract. So I pretty much had to pay someone else to come clean it out properly so I could have my AC guys come back and finish up duct work.
Beware! I feel like I was scammed and was over charged for work not performed. I emailed corporate and never received a reply.

My appointment fell on a day when we were getting bad weather from Idalia, they showed up early and were thorough with everything inside and outside.

Used in Punta Gorda. Wildly unreliable- 2 out of 3 appointments were a no show no call and then I came home from a business trip to discover they have a key to my apartment and came in without the permission or knowledge of the management company or me!

The roaches are dead though so that's exciting.

Horrible, don't waste your money if you have rodents! I used Truly Nolan years ago and my problem was fixed within weeks. I've had multiple problems this year, it's been Months and I still have rodents! I had to keep calling to have soffit and holes patched up that they kept missing. It looks sooo bad. The communication is awful! If you call the corporate # it just kicks back to the local office who know nothing about what's going on. I ended up hiring Ned the Wildlife Whisperer who came out right away and throughly fixed all the problem areas, made my soffit look normal again and didnt have to kill anything but got them all out! I hope this review will save someone money and the frustration of dealing with this nonsense.

Thanks to Joey we no longer have roaches in our kitchen or anywhere in the house. He did a great job and even had to postpone the lawn spraying because it was supposed to rain. The next day he treated our lawn, as promised.

Had first treatment Mike was very nice, and really a pleasure to talk to.
We feels like entire sales situation was not explained as well as should be. We paid in full for this year, but will not continue next season

Kevin did an outside inspection then I asked him about ghost ants and he came in an helped me out whit getting rid of them.

I was to be notified by the tech when the tech was to arrive and what serve was needed. The tech came on Saturday 4/22 with no notification and no service preformed. The service inspection report stated that "none noted" on all categories. I am very disappointed in your service.

The customer service experience with Truly Nolen was fantastic from the sales representative to the service technician!

We are extremely disappointed with this service they came back to clean up the mess they left and fill holes that they didn’t seal and recheck everything after they left I found four more unsealed holes in the driveway called them and they told us it would take the a week to come out again! Really! Once again we are extremely dissatisfied we have been customer’s of yours for 13 years Joey Altman seems to be the only professional person working for you guys at this point I am starting to wonder if we even got what we paid for? I think someone in management should give us a call about this but I won’t hold my breath very poor service!

Happy with the service but still have drain fly problem, can anything be done about this? Thank you.

Recently I had a change in technician. My bug man James had retired. Now I have William and he is just as much a professional as the previous guy. I don’t know where they keep getting these great employees, but am thankful for the service they provide.

The man that services our house does an excellent job and is very pleasant. Couldn't be happier
