Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control, Pompano Beach FL

Not haopy all points of rodent entry are not sealed, They are probably trapping new ones that enter every day. I asked that this be corrected but the correction is scheduled 6 days away not ASAP. For these reason this srvice interaction isn't a 5 star one.

Marcus is our service tech and he's great! He's always answering my odd requests and keeping our pests under control. We have a commercial property in Fort Lauderdale. I would highly recommend their services for your company or home.

We had a pleasant experience in the past using Truly Nolen for their rodent service. Because of our previous experience, we decided to use them for a termite service. The tech named Chris was great. He was on time and worked hard to get the job done well. Unfortunately some of the product sprayed in our attic seeped through and stained the ceiling in our home. Upon inspection Truly Nolen filed a damage report and agreed to have the ceiling repainted.
So now three months after the service we have yet to get the damage fixed and we're getting no response from Truly Nolen. I can't imagine this is something that hasn't happened before with other customers. I used to recommend Truly Nolen to others. Now I will not.

Marcus Braxton is the specialist assigned to our commercial office. He is the best! He shows up to service our office regularly, he always communicates with us about any concerns he may have, he corrects any issues with pests, and always gives us the best advice. We highly recommend Marcus from Truly Nolen for any commercial pest control.

Running a business can be very stressful as there is always something going on. We don't have any time to be worried about pests in the office space. We are in great hands with Marcus and look forward to working with him for many more years to come!

Regular quarterly service is timely, but not consistent. They are highly responsive if you have a problem and will provide repeat treatments with persistent pest problems. They also have extensive services beyond just maintenance of pest control, like roof rodent treatment and control. The annual fee annually continues to increase above other Pest Service Companies.

Made an appointment a week ago to have my house inspected.
I took the day off of work to wait for the inspector. Called dispatch 2x after the inspector did a no show. It wasn’t until the 2nd call that I was notified the inspector was most likely not going to show up. When I asked when would be the next available appointment they said not for another week.

Extremely disappointed as my family and o have been using Truly Nolan for 20yrs.

My Home needed to be tented for termites. Save your breathe, time, energy, and money.skip this franchise business. 1st time a no show n called Receptionist to complain. She said I had the wrong day. I did not. 2nd appointment was another no show nor call. All that money on advertising with no need for customers? I went with Dead Bug Edward's. Prompt, efficient, and best price out of all quotes.

Leon and Chris showed up on time. They were very professional and did a thorough job with our termite extermination treatment going by the outline that Mr. Mervin's chart detailed describing what needed to be addressed when he did the initial inspection, showing what areas of the home would be drilled, and where they would have to trench around our home. They were very good at addressing any questions that I had on the different stages that they were performing. They didn't even take a break or lunch and they were at our home for hours. After completing the job, they made sure to cover any holes that were drilled and cover where they had trenched outside of our home with barely any signs that they had been there. It was a lot of work. Our home is our sanctuary, and we appreciate everything that they did to make sure our home is protected against termites. After completing the job Leon asked if we were happy with the service, and I assured him that we were.

Leon Harris is so knowledgeable, explains what is going on and why it’s happening. He truly went above and beyond in his service and I feel so confident this upcoming termite season that our home will be protected because of him. He cares for the homes he treats. Amazing, good quality service, can’t share it enough.
