We have always been quite satisfied with your service. Unfortunately today we were have disappointed because of nosy irrelevant private questions being asked by a newer employee. I wanted to share since this might not be an individual case.

Derek was professional and did a great job. Our prior service could never get rid of our ghost ants but we haven’t seen one since Derek gave us our first treatment. Highly recommend!

Purchased a home which was previously treated for termites and they are playing dumb.owner had us sign our sales contract stating he the owner did a treatmen treatment but we would probably need to tent. They obviously aren't honest and a brief conversation with a rep that lied saying they had not been there when in fact we were there getting an estimate for deck repairs while they were there treating. SHAME ON THEM!

We always call Truly Nolen for our pest control needs. Derek Gilbert was awesome, he took his time on our first service and was very thorough. I was really impressed that he removed almost ALL the cobwebs/spiders from our pool cage!

This review is based on a termite tent fumigation. Tenting your home for termites is not an easy process for a homeowner. There is a considerable amount preparation involved before the tent even goes on. Truly Nolen, namely Paul, our service representative was fantastic! Once it's was determined that we needed this aggressive treatment, Paul explained exactly how and what needed to be done. He walked around our home inside and out paying attention to every detail that we needed to attend to and even provided us with his number if we had any questions later. Once the tent was removed and all gases had disapated, he contacted us for re-entry into the property and meeting us to remove the lockbox key and to answer any questions we had which was very reassuring. Nothing was damaged and to my surprise the technician even turned back on the A/C so we didn't have to walk back into a HOT house! Truly Nolen handled our termite problem with such a professional and courteous manner that my husband and I would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of service. Michael did the work in my house with regard to the extermination. He explained everything, was very personable and professional.

We just bought the place and we ended up finding that it had an infestation of cockroaches two days later we haven't seen but a few he said it will take time to work, they have to come out of cracks to kill them, I sign up for a year of service. The exterminator said that I had German cockroaches which were the worst kind seem very knowledgeable
