Trump International Beach Resort, Sunny Isles Beach FL

My stay was overall a good stay, clean rooms and bathrooms. What i do have an issue with is they present a mini bar in the room with no inventory of what's in the fridge and snack bar. Before i checked out i got a bill for my resort fees and that bill was on point. I just got my credit card statement they charged me an extra $35.97 for things that were supposedly eaten or drank from the mini bar. I didn't touch anything in the fridge, now I'm having to dispute these fraudulent charges. What they don't know is i recorded inventory of the mini bar for my protection so i have proof that everything was still there from beginning and at the end of my stay. Please record your inventory because my best friend was in a separate room and they charged him also. Seems like dishonest workers at this establishment. I don't take anything I'm not willing to pay for but please don't charge me for something i didn't use. Waiting to hear back from the hotel guest services. You have been warned

Gorgeous resort & very friendly & helpful staff. I had the Sea bass for dinner & it was perfect!

Came to the hotel expecting much more. The room smells like mold, no shower curtain. The beds were comfortable. We had a balcony view of the ocean. The view was amazing. Family had a Bayview. It's just the busy road with the bay out in the distance. You have to valet your car but there was no one around to help us. Stood there for a while and had to go find help. Hotel is outdated. Drinks are way over priced. Just don't. The beach access and view is the only thing going for this hotel. Will not come back.

It could be better.the best thing about this hotel is the beach service, the rest leaves everything to your expectations, they open the door of the room to offer you service, they don't care if you put "no service". In short, if you want to spend it well on the beach it is worth renting the $150 beds and not staying.swimming pool

The service and location was great. But the room was not as good, the shower door didn't fully close causing water to get all over the floor of the bathroom. Every time that the air conditioner turned on it would make a clicking sound, you could hear everything that was happening outside your also. It might of just been our room though. Other than that it was a really nice hotel

Trump Hotel is not the way it used to be. The only great thing about this place is the location. The rooms are outdated and need to be renovated. The furnitures are too old and carpets are smelly. Elevator is malfunctioning. Pool is dirty. They don’t clean it at all. People smoke around the pool and I had to let the security know about that. Some guests brought dog and took it to the pool. I believe the manager needs to step up and do their job OR the manager need to be replaced.

I called the hotel and made reservations. I specifically asked them if everything was included in the price like parking and everything else they told me yes everything is included and gave me a reservations # when I got to the hotel I asked the same question and they told me yes sir everything is included. When I went to check out they come up with a 188$extra charge for parking and resort fees. Also the room are old and in need of a restoration the pool are filthy and the jacuzzis are broken and the elevator don't work very well

I put 5 but 0, the worst hotel, dirty the balcony, the jacuzzi (also not working), the furniture, the carpet, the elevator and around the pool. Expensive and they don't give you any soap, everything is paid for, everything even the coffee in the room. I pay only for the view $450 for one night. You also pay for parking and for using the pool. I'm not picky but I have a 6 month old baby who was crawling and the dirt was very disappointing

Staff is very nice. Accommodations are less than. Can hear kids banging the walls on one side, and a couple fighting on the other. Needed updating about 20 years ago. And the "Bay View Suite". Yeah.just cars racing down the road constantly. Do not recommend. Would NEVER have booked here, but used Hotwire for the first time in years. First time I've gotten screwed booking through them.

Somebody used my room number and my name and made purchases of over $500 in the hotel when we were out. I made the claim and call them that the receipts they sent to me were not signed by me. No response over 1 week. I have never met this kind of thing before.

If I could give it a 0 I would, the service became horrible, hotel is over booked, elevators don’t work. Pool is dirty. Waiting 45 minutes to get down the elevator, ended up walking down with all suit cases from 19th floor. Paid $3500 for 4 nights to be super disappointed!

Excellent staff and accommodations. The GM actually took 5 minutes of his time to sit with us at dinner and make sure we were having a nice visit. Spa and beach amenities are very nice. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Pools dirty, not cleaning up them. Both kids got eyes and ears infections.

This is the worst hotel I've been to in terms of service. The food is fine and location is great but the staff really doesn't care about its guests. Super rude and unprofessional. Will never come back and encourage people to book with caution.
