To all owners that have to deal with this incompetent company as it's become a norm in Hialeah and the surrounding areas" Please don't waste your time posting as they only laugh if they due understand the language? What needs to be done is to file a complaint and get legal actions! They steal from home owners helped by the associations! Palm Springs Villas in Hialeah is a clear example of such crime! We never receive annual statements nor get our ally ways clean and mind you delinquent personal they hire is putting our safety at risk! Dead ends are never cut nor clean you have to hire someone else to cut and clean yet they are not in your blue prints? The three bozos that act as presidents are only getting their properties clean and don't even pay! That's right Hialeah Palm Springs Villas very shady and inleagle! Document cause higher authority is looking into this so called company. Most of them don't even speak the language in fact they just arrived from Cuba and all ready have their own home and more? Makes you wonder! Due complaint of abuse to higher authority! They will soon be out of the picture!

Terrible management company. The ladies are super rude and disrespectful. No one in this management knows their laws or processes. They have been a nightmare to deal with since day one. Stay away from this terrible company and their terrible service and attitude.

I am beyond grateful for this management company and it’s staff, they are competent and very knowledgeable in serving a community and it’s needs. They respond to questions and requests in a timely and very respectful manner. They tend to always reach out if any work in my community is to be done and they do so ahead of time so us residents are not caught off guard and that is highly appreciated!

Thank you trust Management Services for the work you do please keep it up! I look forward to continue being a resident within a community you all manage.

I have multiple properties with this Management company. The professionalism, care and quality of work is excellent. The girls who work in the Office treat you with courtesy and respect and are always ready to solve any problem. The Condominium Management Offices work together with the Boards of Directors and we should not only criticize their work, on the contrary we should have more participation and support for the benefit of all.

My experience with our management company has been excellent. We are original owners since 1995 and we did not have the best experience with the former management company. Since Trust Management has been operating our community is better taken care of. I've personally had to deal with plumbing and electrical issues that have come up after hours and thankfully have been resolved. Mercy has been very proactive and also the board members that she works with Juan and Caridad have both been extremely helpful and have answered all my questions. The have gone above and beyond for us. I realize it is a difficult job and I thank them for doing it the way they do.

I recently had a terrible experience with Trust Management Services Group regarding the re-pavement of the parking lot in our community. Despite being a resident of the community, I was not properly informed about the start of phase three of the project, which resulted in the wrongful towing of my car. When I asked my neighbors, they also confirmed that they had not received any notification either.

Furthermore, the supposed warning that was placed in the parking lot was not there, and there was no parking available in the area where I was expected to park. It doesn't make sense to start another phase when residents are still waiting for their phase to finish so they can park.

I understand the importance of maintaining and upgrading the parking lot, but proper notice and communication are essential. Trust Management Services Group failed to meet the standard in this regard. As a result, I incurred a towing fee and had to go through a lot of inconvenience and expense.

If anyone on a Board of Directors is reading this, please use any other property management company that is competent. Very unprofessional and lack of organization when conducting projects on the property.

Mercy has a nasty attitude, and doesn’t have any respect for the tenets of the condo she manages. She is directly rude and dismissive.

Amazing company! Very helpful and easy going! I love ️ to work with Mercy! She’s always on point and have all the tools at hand to assist with any issues. With more workers like her everything would be more easy for all. Thank you Mercy for your help to resolve the problem that I had with my unit.

So far, I just met this company. First impressions are mixed. Yane, one of the representatives, seems very competent and professional. She seems knowledgeable too. In regards to how this system works, I also understand it’s complicated and probably hectic for them to run so many different properties.
My main gripes are with how things seem to be handled. All though very professional, the system used seems out dated. A lot of emailing and mailing back and forth to still meet at a stand still.
I would love for this company to make payments a little easier. My mother, the property owner, has been in a back and forth in trying to pay the association fees. I, in order to assist her, stepped in and brought a blank check to be filled out and pay off the balance, in person. So far I’ve been met with emails after emails, and in order to make a payment I have to send it through mail? Come on guys. We’re living in 2022, there are better ways to handle taking payments.
Long review short, the customer service may be a bit lacking but I know there are some hard workers and logical people working here. Just need to make things less complicated. Looking forward to working with you guys further and maybe understanding how to make things easier for both parties

Update: after a bit of back and forth I was given the go ahead and turn in the payment in person instead of mailing in. Honestly, happy with the response. Turned it around well.

Last update: amazing staff. They were overwhelmed from work, it’s an intense job they have, but they pulled it around and broke down other ways to pay and how their ledgers and system works. Thank you ladies for helping out.

Many Property Owners don't understand the time, dedication and effort a Managing Company has to provide to Condominiums. Managing Condos is a very difficult task, there are many and sometimes overwhelming situations to handle with so many requirements involved. This is one of the main reasons why Management Companies get a lot of bad reviews. Everyone needs to understand that patience is key and they are doing the best they can to provide service to every single person in need from thousands they may have.
I have come across and dealt with many Management Companies. Some are horrible with their managing skills. Others, like this Company, will do their best to assist everyone. There's no perfect Managing Company, but when a management office does not reply to calls or emails in a timely manner or does not properly work with the Board to maintain the condo's necessities and requirements, this causes many unstable conditions for everyone.
On the other hand, this company will work with everyone and they will upscale their technical equipment and employees to accommodate the needs for the Owners, Board Members and Condo necessities

Mercy has to be the most ignorant and uneducated person i have ever dealt with.

They take a long time to reply or never reply. Typical lazy employees that are good for nothing!
