This bank is ridiculous, the ladies barely speak English and they put my entire deposit into someone else's acct saying the acct had my name on it then when I inquired about more info they say they can't give me any info yet they can INCORRECTLY put my money into the acct. I'm glad I realized before I left the bank. Ran alot smoother when the gentleman were doing the customer service.

So nice to have a bank that doesn't treat you like a number. I walk in and they use my name, they have completely free checking and I just closed on my HELOC which has no fees and a low introductory rate. I couldn't that combo anywhere else. Rosa is the best.

Never had a problem getting in and depositing checks, they work efficiently and remember me every time!
