Huge scam. Stay away! They promised loan forgiveness immediately, but there is no such thing. Do your research before giving them any information!

Scammers. Keep calling me even though I have no student debt. Can't have debt if you never did any schooling after High School. Or was I supposed to be paying for my high school education? Lmao. I may just drive over there one of these days.

They're helpful because they want your money for things you can do for free. Also, if you're in default on your loans, the information they provide is absolutely NOT accurate. I came into contact with one of their oh-so-friendly and seemingly knowledgeable representatives by calling a number from an old bill from the Department of Education which is the organization I was actually intending to contact. How is it that an old number to the Dept of Education is now somehow linked to them? This company is the epitome of a perfectly-devised and well-executed scam.

I too was scammed by this company. I maintained the number from an old bill from the Department of Education, some how they intercepted my call. Once you give them your Social Security Number like any other company they seem to be knowledgeable about your situation in regards to your standings when in fact they have no clue. The Department of Education went on to garnish my check and that shouldn’t have occurred seeing as though I enlisted the help of this Company months before. I’ve seen scams but none as elaborate as this one. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY COVER ALL ENDS AND YOU WILL BE STUCK PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT WILL NOT PERFORMED. GO TO THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION THEY HAVE PROGRAMS THAT PERFORM THESE SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE! I REPEAT THEY ARE VERY CONVINCING I WOULDNT BE SUPRISED IF THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FRAUDULENT AS WELL!

They were initially really helpful with information. However, Andy mislead me and fed me wrong information just to get me to do services with them. They charged me 795 dollars for absolutely nothing. I called back to cancel my services with them and Mercedes accused me of being the one at fault and that Andy would not tell me the information he did. She refused to transfer me to his line as well. I told her to listen to the recorded phone call because all of it would be there have not heard back from them. DO NOT USE THEM do it yourself on line. F these people

They robodial cell phones, using an automated message, and they're spoofing local phone numbers. I've never had a student loan and have asked them twice to stop calling me, but they call 2-5 times a day and their agents are extremely rude and pushy. I've already filed a complaint with the BBB, and will be contacting the attorney general in my state as well as theirs.

I tried to resolve my student loans myself, but got NO help from my servicer (who is being sued by the government actually, for ripping off borrowers!) The Student Loan Help Center Found me the right program, and consolidated my loans for $0 a long for the next 10 years based on my income. I am SUPER GRATEFUL for their service as it has saved me so much time and money. Thanks!

I believe this is the best thing that any college graduate can do! Having loans can be very stressful and trying to pay them while dealing with life stressors as well. The student Loan help center is amazing I've been telling everyone to call and get their loans consolidated! They really help and are there for you.

I saw the ad on instagram didn't think much of it. But because of my curiousity I decided to call. To my surprise student loan help center definitely was helpful. The representatives were not only extremely nice but helped me every step of the way. They consolidated my loans and now I am no longer in default! Danielle is absolutely the best.

Got a robo call from these guys, spent the time to talk to a human, who started asking questions about my student loan. I told her I had no information about my student loan, that the company called me, she hung up without saying a word.

Absolutely a scam. Same processes can be done yourself for free via fafsa.gov. They tell you it costs just "eight-ninety-five" to enroll. You would think 8.95, but its actually $895.00. The word "hundred" is not mentioned until they overdraft your bank account. I was burned due to my lack of attentiveness I suppose. Awaiting the results of a fraud claim from my bank. Hoping it works out.

These people are a scam, run. They are rude and refuse to give me a refund and all they did was help me get my default in rehab. They told me not to file my 2015 taxes for 2016, which I did and my taxes were taken plus my wages were garished. The Department of Ed wrote me a letter stating that they question the validity of this company. The rep JESSICA, hung the phone up in my face when I tried to read the letter to her. I have requested twice that I get a portion of my money back and she told me I will not get one. I will be done with my rehab on the 28th of Jan. 2017 and no one has called to inform me on what is next. They are hustlers and they will charge you for a service you can do yourself.
