Tubels Complete Auto Care, Jacksonville FL

I was driving and happen to realize I was in the wrong lane I asked the driver I seen driving this Tubel's company truck I asked him can I get over he shook his head no and he scooted up so I couldn't get over so rude! People are so nasty nowadays it's really really sad a man driving a company truck should want to represent the company better.

Made an 8 am appointment. Called to confirm it. Showed up and they said I’d have to wait until 9 to even get started - I explained I have appointments scheduled all day and I was expecting to be on my way by 9. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. So I just left.

We had a issue with the car starting, had the car towed in, Ben explained some of the issues and did a starting system checkup and resolved the issue. He was very pleasant and professional. We will be returning for all of our car care.

Rude and didn't give the right diagnostic for a starter issue and told me it was the battery

I set there for almost 30 minutes just to get air in one tire and then it started to pour down rain it was more than one young man working they disappeared so the gentleman that was working finally stopped what he was doing to put air in my tire I'm so disappointed

The owner has touched my heart with the loss of his sister (an important staple @ this location). She will be missed. Great location. VERY clean. Great staff. Highly recommended.

Mechanics here are amazing and knows their job very well. Ricc is the manager and he is so sweet amd will do anything to help you. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else from now on. They are honest amd will not tell you to replace more than what needs to be done love this place

I had my car towed from Vass NC to my house then from my house to this wonderful charming helpful my new best save my life mechanics! I have a extended warranty on my car. So I had to TOW my car from where I was staying to my house (last in the evening by the time I got in town) then to this wonderful found very close to my home and on the next day. Even though my car seemed like it was with Tubels for about 3 weeks (all because of my warranty company), if you want someone to help you not only fix your vehicle put not steal from you! Here is where you need to bring your vehicle! Much deserved respect! Thanks guys!

Overpriced. I was charged $120.00 for a light diagnostic. They attempted to over charge my insurance for services leading up to $500. Claimed I had a nail in my tire that they wanted to fix and there was no nail in my tire just low air pressure due to weather.too many false diagnoses. Overall I’m very upset and not pleased. Do your research before choosing them.

THEY WORKED ON MY STARTER AND IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY A MONTH LATER A WIRE CAME OFF I GOT THE CAR TOWED THEY FIXED IT SAME DAY AND NO CHARGE FOR ANYTHING. THEY FOUND MY LOST RECEIPT IN THE COMPUTER,

They charged me all that money to fix my car and that wasn't even the problem they fix.

First time, they were able to fit me in quickly when I had water hoses leaking, even looking to see if they could save me money. I appreciated that. 2nd time I went was regarding an AC issue and that was a little disappointing with a premature pick up call and malfunctioning part that was installed. However, they took the time to answer all my questions and I walked away, ultimately, satisfied that the problem has been corrected.

Called to inquire about RV rentals and were they so rude. Couldn't provide rates, absolutely zero customer service. Stay away.

I love the fact they don't do any work that is not needed. That is a hard thing to find now a days. THANKS Tubels

Every time I bring my car to Tubel's Complete Auto Care for service, I am always treated with respect, the work is done right and in a timely manner. They make sure I am comfortable while I wait. Being a AAA approved facility they are quality and safety minded. They will take the time to answer any question you may have, and explain any process involved in your vehicle's repair. I have been taking my cars to Tubel's for many years and wouldn't trust taking them anywhere else. Special thanks to Jerry, Corey, Ted, and all the efficient and caring mechanics. They were very, kind and helpful. The place was very clean. They were very professional and efficient. I certainly would go there again if I lived in Jacksonville.
