The lady working was mopping the floor at 9: 30am with several people using the machines. She did not greet me as I walked in (even after I greeted her). Very rude, oddly enough she greeted and smiled at every white person that entered the place. This is so disheartening in 2024 the owner showed up 10 minutes later walked pass 3 people (black) spending money in his establishment and didn't speak, walked up to a couple by the door (white) and was a different human very friendly and vocal. The machines worked and didn’t damage my clothes. And the change machine gave me an extra quarter. Most of the detergent reservoirs looked reasonable. There is also an outlet if you want to charge your phone, laptop whatever while you’re waiting. No bathroom or sink, however there is a mini-mart and restaurants in the plaza open during the day.

A “2 basket” machine is $3.50
“4 basket” is $5.50
“6 basket” is $8
25¢ gets you 6 min of drying. $1.25-$2 would dry 2-3 “baskets”.

The change machines ran out of change, and there is no means indicated to reach management. It looks like at least someone had emptied the trash. Almost any other laundromat I’ve been to either has staff onsite or there is at least a posted phone number. They have a sign on the door saying to find them on Facebook, but I couldn’t find them on there after attempting several searches.

All the washer and dryer work very well most of the time. This place is always dirty. Just fabric softener sheets every where. And it a lil. Hood so be careful

I didn't use the machines. I just needed quarters but the place was clean and well ventilated.

Filthy! Floors machine soap areas, everything! Machines barely fill with water to mix the soap and spin extremely slow! This means the clothes are still extremely wet and they make more money with the customer having to dry over and over again! This was my first time here and will be my last! One would expect a clean place for laundry.

The place needs seriously cleaning and some of the washers were down but the dryers dry quickly and the washer are reasonably and washes the clothes decent

So the detergent machine down if u run of detergent you brought. There
are about 5 big machines down the ceiling looks a wreck no ac the backdoor open an the place is hot an then signs every where wash an dry at your own risk can't trust a business like this

For about a week's worth of clothing and a few towels and such, for 2 adults and 2 children, it was a little under $20.
Washers were $5.50
Dryers were $0.25 per 8 minutes

There are coin stations that exchange bills for quarters. I used the left side station, and successfully exchanged both a $10 and $20. There were no fees, hidden or otherwise- the change was exact.

I just put 7.50 in a machine and it does not work. Another lady used a machine it took her money as well. High priced washer and dryers that don’t work. No number to call to get a refund I just spent 30.00 just to wash my clothes what a shame. Since I work where local news ppl frequent I think I’m going to see if they can find out why this place has no number or way to get refunded. 11/6/2022 between 6 35 and 6 45pm we are on camera putting our money in.
