There margaritas menu at the table offers free sample but Michelle refused to make one but food is good usually

The BEST place to get great Mexican food! We eat Tucan almost every week. First choice place to get carry out when my family is visiting. Great food, great service, fast service, and very nice employees-always professional, polite, gracious. We LOVE Tucan!

My favorite Mexican place in Pensacola. My daughter and I have been going here for several years. Others have caught on to its awesomeness now, and it's a lot busier overall lately, but we still go because their food is superior. Chips are always fresh. Cheese dip is great. Rice is perfect. The staff are the best too.

Tucan's has amazing Mexican food! Not only is their food delicious, but the service is also quick and friendly. Plus, it's a locally owned and not part of a chain.

I attempted to call in a to go order. I wanted to order a chicken and steak quesadilla. I was told they can not add steak and that I would have to pay full price of a 2nd quesadilla. I then asked if I could just order a quesadilla by itself and was told they do not do that when I have ordered a quesadilla or a burrito by itself several of times. I then asked to speak with the manger. A woman who stated her name was Chrissy got on the phone. I explained to her what was going on and told her several other restaurants allow you to add another meat to a quesadilla. Her exact words was “you should go there then” and HUNG UP IN MY FACE. I called back and the phone was answered, before I could say anything, she hung up AGAIN! This is not the 1st time I have experienced horrible customer service. Every-time I try dine in, the waterers pass several booths or tables just to be seated by the bathroom … in the back …. In the dark. This is just unacceptable! She was just RUDE. Nothing was resolved and an ordered was not placed. I was so disturbed and furious and couldn’t wait to file a complaint. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN!

The soft drinks were disgusting the food wasn’t great. Also the waitress doesn’t know how to respect people I know saying “mami” or “Papi” to customers is just some people way of talking but not everyone likes that.

We love Tucan Mexican Restaurant, I got the steak plate. Ate last night and finished my plate today, and got full both times. Be!

The food was okay. You know nothing to get excited about. The server did the job adequately, considering the conditions. The temperature in the dining room was above 80° on July 21st about 6 pm.
This wasn't a pleasant experience. You would think there would have been some acknowledgement of the situation by management, but not on this occasion.

Always good. Waitress was good but, wanted to hang on to her transaction device the whole time, when I wanted to see an itemized bill she got an attitude and show me her tip screen. She printed an itemized bill and left. Then acted like it was a bother to run my credit card.

Love this place. Their burritos are my sons favorite in town. I love the choriqueso and guacamole. Steak or chicken enchiladas supreme are my go-to, but the carne asada is amazing too. The taco salad is huge and so good. The menu is so extensive, with many choices for apps, main, and dessert. I could eat here every day and not have the same meal in a month. Lots of margaritas choices, too. The restaurant is clean and brightly colored, great atmosphere. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Been here about a dozen times, and never once had a bad experience. They also offer pickup option, and have daily specials.

This was a wonderful dining experience. The food was tasty and authentic. We went on Taco Tuesday. The deal was 3 for $6. They allow me to mix three different types of tacos. I have a hard shell regular Taco, a softshell regular taco and a chicken soft taco. This also came with chips and salsa. Toppings for plentiful and very delicious! The chicken was freshly grilled, and there was a huge amount. I have water with lime, as they did not have any lemons on that particular evening. This really enhance the flavors of the tacos. Are free and have Margaritas, which was a little bit pricey but she said it was delicious. We will definitely return here!

Our go-to for comfort food in Pcola. It's cali-mex, but what do you expect for Florida.

Our dinner was perfect here with plenty of flavor and portion sizes. The salsa was packed with just the right amount of heat and our server kept the salsa bowls and chips refreshed. We sat outside and enjoyed every bit of the experience! Thank you for the polite correction!
