First of all amazing phone customer service by Carlos. Thanks for being real and honest. That's a huge plus for me. John and Carlos were both extremely helpful once I arrived. Thank you for being attentive and showing me the issues vs just telling me. If you want a place that will be courteous, honest on a time frame of fixing, and will work with you.then come here and give them a try. The staff was truly kind as well which made waitingvfor repairs manageable.

I stopped coming to Tuffy’s for about half a year because the manager was always condescending to me and always tried to up sell. I went in today for an emergency check on something and the new manager, John, went above and beyond to help me out and explain what the situation was. He even had me look under the car with him so he could point out some trouble spots so I could see it myself. I will absolutely be returning as long as John is around!

Tuffy's gets an A+ for their customer service and reasonable prices. Been there a couple of times and they do not disappoint.

Super kind and helpful people! My car broke down in the parking lot nearby, their crew pushed my car inside and helped me figure out everything wrong with my car even though I had no appointment and they were about to close for the day.

Came in for a regular oil change. Once they started they made me aware that the oil filter housing was damaged and they would change it at no cost. They were GREAT

We use to come here when Justin owned it and Carlos managed it. Stopped after he sold it. We tired the new large one down the street and found the personalities not what we were used to dealing with.
Happened to come by Landstar one again amd found that Carlos was back so we made an appointment to get our oil changed. We will be coming back again to these guys.

Shout out to John Hughes and crew. Today I went in for what I thought was a simple problem and turned out to be an expensive one. John instead of handing me a piece of paper and telling me what’s wrong he invited me to see for myself. He pointed out what was wrong so I could evaluate with my own eyes. I like that cause I can trust and respect someone who is transparent. I wish more mechanics and shops emulated John in that.
