Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Centers, Tampa FL

I had a terrible experience at this shop. I went in with high hopes but left extremely disappointed. After waiting for 4 hours, they didn't even move my car from the parking lot. If you're looking for a better experience, I suggest finding another shop.

My USF student had a dead battery this morning and Tuffy's was recommended on a FB parent page. So I called Jay and he said to send my student on over. Both Jay and Carlos were super nice to my Bull and took care of everything very quickly. Being an out of town parent it was a relief to know that I was able to send my student to Jay who was professional, kind and honest!

They helped me patch my tire. I was sooooooooo appreciate! Very nice customer service! Highly recommend this store!

I can say that Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center on Fletcher Ave in Tampa, FL has earned my business. I walked in and spoke to Carlos who was extremely professional and helpful from beginning to end. I had a nail in my tire, come to find out I had two nails in my tire, and the tire couldn't be saved. Carlos ordered my tire right then and there and called me the following morning to let me know that they were ready to put my new tire on. I highly recommend this Tuffy Tire location.

My new tire place! They patched up my tire and put it back on in under 20 mins! They were very friendly and responsive! Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

They were really quick to diagnose my car and come up with an estimate but once I mentioned trying to get it covered by my warranty company they started singing a different tune and dragging their feet. My car stayed in their lot for two and a half days in the same spot I dropped it off waiting for them to take and send PICTURES just PICTURES to my warranty company. I finally had enough and just picked my car up since clearly it wasn’t a priority.

This was my first time having to take my car in and I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need anything else. I had 3 nails in my tire and the people were very professional and kind and fixed it quickly. They didn't even charge me which I am so grateful for!

My new go to tire place! The guys at this location are professional and honest! They thankfully had my tire at their warehouse and were able to order it in the morning and have it there in the afternoon. Even though they were very busy (several cars in their bay) they never tried to rush me and took their time to set the new tire, rotate and balance my wheels. I was in and out the same day and will recommend and go to them when it’s time to replace my other tires.

It's about time that I posted. This particular branch has been taking care of my 2006 Acura for years now. I now drive 45 minutes to get my car worked on but they are worth it! Jay is the absolute best!
