Shopped here 2 days. 1st experience was great, the Sales Associate was helpful, friendly and very courteous. Upon the return for another purchase, the Associate (different) was almost arrogant and not helpful. Got my item monogrammed only to later discover it was in the wrong direction.

First time visiting. Great selection of everything from purses to suitcases. Nice and friendly workers. Prices are good. Definitely recommend checking out if you're a fan of Tumi.
