Every person (employees) I encountered made me want to come back! Incredible! Ace Hardware on this Island is pricey.that's ok. Quality product, you get what you pay for, anyway with the expense I honestly come with expectations. Ace never lets me down, from HomeGoods, to Gas, plants, decor for indoors and out, you want it they got it! (Ariana Grande) if you know, you know. Thanks Ace! Or should I say you're number 1

My favorite store to go for DIY items that I can't find anywhere else locally. Friendly, helpful staff and it's always nice to hear, "Welcome to Ace Hardware" when I enter the store. It would be nice to hear that phrase every place I shop.

This Ace is the place! Good selection of hardware items so you don't have to drive to a big box. Best garden center with good prices. They are busy but there are always a lot of helpful employees.

My wife and I recently purchased several new pieces of grill equipment for our Big Green Egg from this location. I can't tell you how much we appreciated the help from Steve. He was absolutely the best! His attitude and knowledge of the products was outstanding. We found exactly what we needed and more!

The associates are visible, friendly, ready to help, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I've never been disappointed. An associate will help you find what you're looking for, request additional assistance or recommend an alternate solution if they don't have what you need. They've been patient with my searches for hard-to-find odds & ends. I attribute a great part of this exemplary customer service to outstanding management and ownership! There's a happy vibe in this store and it's fun to browse. All the stuff you'd expect to find in a large, comprehensive hardware store is here, plus much more. They have a vibrant garden center with affordable prices and some unusual plants; there's also a gift shop and even clothing items. ACE Rewards and sales are great, too. THANK YOU, TURNER ACE!

I will give the store and the staff a great rating. We visit the area several times a year and have yet had an issue with this Ace. I've purchased plants, decor and hardware. Not a problem. The workers are there to help because thats the difference between them and the box stores. Maybe a little higher $ but a better class of sales. Not all employees are all knowing but they can "usually" help within reason (unless your entitled). Keep up the good work.

I went to Turner Ace hardware it's the only store around me that sold this article as a small air conditioner I needed it for a storage building to do some work in it because home Depot and Lowe's didn't and although they're kind of pricey you can't help us find what you're looking for leverage this have a blessed day

This place rocks. They sharpen my chainsaw chains, knifes and generally have the plumbing, faucet and toilet parts I use frequently. The also are now competitive with their house branded disposals. My wife raves about their garden plant stock!

The garden section is absolutely to die for, I felt like a kid in a candy store running from plant to plant!

We visit Ace often, and we always find everything we’re looking for. The store is always nice, clean and everything in place. The staff is always friendly. From the Cashiers, floor personnel, and even the staff working outside watering and working, will stop and ask if you need anything. This store has backyard grills and smokers. Beautiful backyard and patio furniture and decorative items. Lawn care, pool care, fishing gear, pottery, deck shoes, beach and fishing wear, just some of what you will find. We highly recommend Ace. Great store.

I was told to get sand to help my Plumeria cuttings root, but I wasn’t sure if the kind mattered? So I asked Jeremiah, who went to go look it up for me! He came back with the fact that they actually do best in a mix of soil, perlite and sand for drainage. So I got some tiny pebbles and sand to add to my soil. I think the added weight will help them stand up straight while they root (you can’t water them until they root and I was worried they’ll just fall over).

Jeremiah even loaded the car for me since I wasn’t sure I could lift a 50 lb bag of sand. Thank you for all the help. This is a friendly place if you have any planty questions!

Becareful buying plants at ace. Bought an abuki viburum about six weeks ago. Now whole branches are dying, while the neighboring hydrangeas and gardenias are fluorishing. They don't accept plant returns and did not offer to look at the plant
