Very happy with turner pest control service. U have to enroll in a year service but they will return for any reason. They eliminated our problem

Pest controller knocked on my door unexpectedly. No previous phone call or text. He asked if there were any bugs spotted in the home. I told him that there were tiny ants in the bathrooms. He told me to wipe it with vinegar. He was going to spray the outside perimeter. I went to the sink to do dishes when I saw him get in his truck and drive away.

Great company! Took take of our rodent problem 3 years again when we bought our house and haven’t had an issue since!

As a Property Manager with Central Park Realty, I regularly use Hobson's for my rental properties and highly recommend their services. Recently we have been dealing with a rodent problem at one of our rental properties. After Hobson's sealed all of the access points, we still experienced issues with the rodents getting into the attic, I personally met their met their Technician at the property and they had several baited traps in place and per Hobson's contract they requested a smoke test for the property to determine if there were any open points in the plumbing system that would allow the rodents access to the property. Before the plumber did the smoke test, they were able to identify where the rodents were gaining access into the property. The problem was a vent stack inside the wall & attic that had separated. The property was replumbed/re-piped in March of 2019 by a different plumber and they were able to repair the vent stack under the warranty. Hobson's went through the normal procedures to identify and address the problem and now that we know where and how the rodents are getting in, I am confident Hobson's will resolve this issue.

Hobson’s has been my pest company since I moved here in 2012 and they are great. They have taken care of all my pest needs from bugs to termites and even my difficult situation with rodents. They didn’t give up until we found the solution (open plumbing pipe)! They are professional and their entire staff make me feel like part of the family. I would highly recommend Hobson’s to anyone who has a pest issue.

Hobson's termite does a great job. Highly recommend for home inspections and for residential properties. They offer all the services of the big box store, but they give better service providing more options and are so much more personable; which the competition doesn't provide.
