Guy arrived on time. He was very personable and explained everything that was done. I appreciated the service.

The technician was very professional and courteous. He made helpful recommendations when needed and was knowledgeable in his field.

This business is great. Do the job, show up on time, reasonable prices, clearly know what they are doing. They check all the boxes, I highly recommend them!

I love working with Turner Pest Control. Started a new service. The manager who helped me set up the account and the tech who came to do the service are amazing. Very professional. Like them, like the company.

I had a one time spray service last year for around 99 dollars. I called this year for the same and they said it would be 225 because “prices of inputs have gone up. ” Ok so then I asked prices for which products that they will be spraying in my house have more than doubled. They could not provide an answer. They then offered for 180 to which I declined. I called another service who will do it for 90. Maybe if you’re an existing customer they did not increase as much but what a terrible way to get new clients. I will never call them again.

Edit: Right, as seen below, saying "Our prices went up" doesn't justify an almost tripling in less than a year. Neither does not "cutting corners" or "prioritizing proper service" by which you are implying that other companies are not doing the same. Further, I'm not sure what you're trying to insinuate with "Our services aren't for everyone. " Certainly your services aren't for people that don't feel like paying unjustifiable price increases. Good luck with the new pricing strategy.

Quality of service, timeliness of service is not what it used to be 6yrs ago when we started using turner pest. For the last 2yrs it's been a mix up here and there, they always do one thing and leave the other out each time they treat my lawn despite that i have a contract with them of what needs to be done per application. When i call the customer service.they argue with you on the phone: you dont have that service". Then i ask to speak w the manager who calls back and tell me whoever I spoke with was not looking in the right place. "you do have the service, we will send someone out!
The techs come out.different one every other month and if you are not home.all they do is just 1 out of 4things that were supposed to be done and they charge you for the full treatment!

A lot of miscommunication, misscheduling, and back-and-forth with this company. Overall poor service and a disappointing year’s worth of interaction.
