After 2 days of calls and on line communication with apple support I did I blind search for help in my area and found myself here and am ever so thankful! For a minimal amount my phone was unfrozen and restored from its previous backup in about an hour. All of my precious photos as well as contacts and apps were saved! During the downtime, we enjoyed pleasant conversation which made the time fly by. I highly recommend that anyone needed tech support for make the call or pop in like I did, I don’t think you will be disappointed.

My old ipad's battery died. It was an ipad pro that I got years ago when I had a good job. Went to the Apple store and my options were really limited and they advised me to buy a new one, which I couldn't afford because I had to quit my job a few years ago when I moved out of state to take care of my mom, and now I only make minimum wage. I went to see Ronnie and he was very honest and showed me exacly how much the various options would cost, and when I said I couldn't afford them, he was very understanding and suggested i just keep it plugged in to a portable charger so I could keep using it even though the battery was dead. He was very helpful and even though I didn't end up getting my ipad fixed there, I would definitely recommend him and I will go there again in the future if I have any tech that needs to be repaired. PS- The shop is a bit hard to find - you should know it is in the back of the barber shop.
