Turtle Beach Grill, Sarasota FL

Tried this place for the first time and was not disappointed. The burgers were delicious and the Philly cheese steak was to die for. Our server Heather was fast courteous and very attentive. I will definitely hit this place again before going home.

The food was gross. Slow service and waitress was not nice at all. My coleslaw was spoiled and my grandson had chicken fingers/burnt offerings!

Heather was a GREAT bartender, kept our drinks full and was a lot of fun! We'll definitely be back!

Restaurant was clean. I ordered the grilled combination platter. Was informed that they were out of crab cakes. I was told they would add more grouper or shrimp. I chose shrimp. Plate came with a filet of grouper about the size of a large bluegill and 6 shrimp. My wife and daughter enjoyed their meal. The staff was polite. Outdoor seating looked very nice and it is shaded.

“Our fish is fresh frozen” sorry, no such thing. We should have left as soon as we were told that. The waitress was great, friendly and I really felt kinda sorry for her for having to push the really bad food. I had a grouper sandwich, which I ordered expecting to be cooked and blacked, it was raw and cold, but then, frozen needs a bit longer to cook. I did not eat the replacement. The deep fried fish nuggets were also uncooked and had to be sent back. Side salad was about 15 wilted leaves of the top part of old Romain lettuce. Watered down lemonade is always nice on a hot day. As a retired executive chef, who loves to support and find tiny little places …. Let’s just say, only because the waitress was really nice, it got 2 stars. The food is frozen and taste as such. Don’t bother, it’s really not worth the stop.

Really good food. Good service. The homemade noodles with Alfredo are amazing! The grouper was very good as well. Recommend if you're in the area!

Has some of the best food on the island with a small town atmosphere. Live music on Saturday while sitting outside on the covered patio. The entire staff was the nicest and happiest in town! Left the biggest tip I have ever given here. Will be back before we leave town!

Directly across from Turtle Beach so convenient after kayaking. Outdoor patio with space for dogs on one corner.

Love the location. Food on Easter wasn’t the best experience. My husband and I weren’t fully satisfied with our meals. I ordered Filet Mignon medium well and received medium rare instead. Mashed potatoes were Not so mashed more so a clump of potatoes and it was very low seasoned with a sauce that completely had the steak taste strange and it was all over the dish so had no choice but to taste it. Spent close to $80 on two dishes and two drinks. Sorry but not worth the price. Plus we were the youngest people in the restaurant.

I gave it a 3 because it is a great location. Waitress was great. Food was just ok. Being a Floridian I know seafood. We got the fried combo. 1. The fish was tough not flaky. The scallops were questionable. They didn’t 1a.taste like scallops so I peeled off batter. 2. They were perfectly round. Looked like a cookie cutter punch fake scallop. 3. Scallops are stringy. These were spongy and solid. I question if they were real. The only part I enjoyed was the shrimp. I would order that again. I would return, I would just confine my order to fried shrimp. 4 reasons it didn’t get 5 stars. I really wanted to give it 5 because I loved the location. A little pricey but then since COVID isn’t everything.

Good food and cocktails with the best service on the Key! All the staff have great friendly attitudes, seem like they enjoy their jobs! I've been a guest here many times, never a complaint!

Sat outside at this cozy bar/grill. Lisa, our server was very attentive and sweet. Great good.

First time visit and it was excellent. Our server was excellent! We had the salmon BLT and the portobello wrap.there were 7 if us and all had great meals.
