Most of time i recieve prompt service, but was told i have to wait 16 days for microwave. This is unacceptable especially since rent was increased almost 300$!

Friday my door lock break down, I called the office to get it fix and within an hour Edrey was at my apartment installing a new door lock. This team know how to handle emergencies.

I love the place ive lived here about 7 years. If it is possible id love to have the model redone. And i do apologize for my dog if shes loud.

I am very proud to say I have never had any complaints with the management and staff.the office and maintenance workers do an excellent job providing for our needs hearing our voices and making TUSCAN I’ll feel like home I can always expect amazing service and resolve I am especially thankful for the new management, The community Director Tessie cormack and the Assistant Director Yesenia Gomez are doing an excellent job
During the prior week I had my a/c compressor break and the maintenance were efficient and effective in fixing the issue. Looking forward to seeing improvements in our happy, striving community

They have always been pretty good at following up on request with the exception of helping with parking.

Repair requests take an eternity to respond to. Tech showed up looked at broken faucet, said he needed to return with parts to repair and never actually came back.

Still waiting for fumigation that never showed up as scheduled either.

Worse service possible every single time.

The pool is always very nasty and dirty. Its yellow and green. They don't want to pay anyone to clean it. You cant even enjoy the amenities. The apartments are infested with roaches. They dont do pest control on a regular basis. They NEED to tent the whole complex. They take months to fix on issue with appliances. If Naples wasnt so expensive now, I would leave this place.

They coming and resolve my issue in the apartment also bring me the washer machine I was waiting. Resolve my air condition problem.maintenance supervisor was kind and helpful in everything I was requesting in the past. I’m happy now and say thank u to them.

Llevo 5 años aqui es un lugar tranquilo, bueno para vivir con ninos y el staff es el mejor siempre van rapido y te ayudan en todo.
Is an amazing place to live, i has been there for 5 years already and i never have a word and my neighbors are the best always helping

Excellent service! I went to the office to report a light issue around 1: 00pm. They came in the same day and replaced the light.
I forgot to mention another issue that i was having with the water temperature and pressure so i figured i go on the app. The very next day they came in and fixed it! Having 2 kids even the smallest issue can become the biggest. The fact that they came in almost instantly will forever earn my 5 stars! I hope this service will continue!

My smoke alarm was going off every 15 minutes for 3 beeps. When the office opened I called and they were here in. 5 minutes and a inside piece in alarm broke they replaced it and within 10 minutes is was all fixed. Thank you

Staff are friendly and repairs are attended to promptly. Tenants are nice and I feel safe living there as a single older woman. Pool needs updates.

Overall, horrible experience living here. Within the first year my closet was flooded which required maintenance to strip the closet carpet and I needed to have a hose in my room for weeks to get the horrible smell out of the apartment. The smoke detector continued going off at random times of the night so it was unbearable to get a full night of rest. We replaced the units and batteries but issue persisted. The place was infested with roaches and to make things worse when I removed the smoke detector because I could not take the noise any more I found a disgusting amount of roaches in my smoke detector as well as the outlets in the living room. When the lease ended I asked if I could get a different unit due to the multiple issues I was positioned to get on the waiting list. Needless to say I moved out as soon as possible. I would never recommend living there to anyone.
