TW Law Group, PLLC, Winter Park FL

Called bc website says "as a medical malpractice lawyer". Spoke of my concerns to an "intake specialist" who got my contact information and then told me they don't handle medical malpractice and gave me a generic malpractice referral number not connected with this firm.
I asked for the contact information i gave to be deleted since they did not need it and i only gave it thinking someone from the practice would call me back. (Again, it was after I gave my contact information that I was told they don't handle malpractice [website states otherwise]).
The service intake specialist told me she would note that I wanted my contact information deleted. I said - no. Delete it. And she laughed.
That's an invasion of privacy in my opinion. I certainly hope they respect my wishes and right to confidentiality, but as their website is inaccurate, I don't hold much hope that they will do as I asked.
Please don't make the same mistake that I did.

I hired Attorney White to sue a repair facility. I gave her 1k upfront with a balance of 2300. I took all my personal evidence that I had accumulated over the months to make her case super easy. She had me leave them with her. Because she had no time to talk. I told her not everything is for her. And to NOT upload anything until we spoke and went through it all. I started calling and Leaving messages. Over and over. I was finally given a time to speak to her literally 5 weeks after I dropped off the money. I couldn’t believe this. So I waited the 5 weeks and attorney White mist the phone conference do to was on her period. When I called at the set aside time after waiting 5 weeks the secretary hung up in my face. Because I said “ I don’t get the respect “ and get a call to change the date and time, She thought she hung up on me and I heard her say cracker. So when I called back is when she hung up in my face. She is a black very young kid answering the phone. I’m sure she has no college at all. Barely 18 if that. Very rude and disrespectful. And obviously likes the word “ cracker” so I demanded my money and my documents back. They were sent to me a few weeks later. With important stuff missing out of the folders. Also she kept almost 400 out the 1k. So after ignoring all my calls making me wait 5 weeks to talk and missed the call because of her female problems. And being called a cracker. She had the nerve “ attorney White to keep my money. This office is a joke. Will take your money and ignore all your calls. A very disrespectful little girl that works the front desk. I’m gonna have to sue this attorney White for my documents that are missing and my money that she kept of mine. So if this is how White makes a living she’s worthless in my opinion. But do you research. There are plenty of attorneys out here

Such a nice attorney. I did a free consultation over the phone and she recommended that I shouldn’t waste my money, retaining her because it was something as simple as filing a form online. She could’ve very well told me to retain her, but she was completely honest so I definitely appreciate that so much and if she was honest to me, I’m sure if she’s honest to her other clients, so definitely a five star

I question a lot of these reviews! This woman is the worse attorney. I have had other lawyers tell me she has a bad reputation. She took my money and was not prepared to argue my case. She told the judge “I’m sorry I didn’t know we were going to prove our case today” The worse experience of my life. So she gave a speech with no facts to back it. I beg anyone who is battling a family law case and whose children means so much to you. Please take your money somewhere else, especially if it’s your last. I don’t care how cheep she is in price… You will regret it! I promise you!
