Feel bad for the owner the manager there has a bad attitude course me out cause I went to him for asking why im waiting 3 hrs on a job that take 30 minutes i would not recommend this place at all

Fair deal and good service. Professional and gave me a reasonable price on some big 16" tires for my old truck. I had checked the cost of these tires on the internet and they gave me what I am sure is the best deal they could, understanding that I was driving an old truck and didn't have money to blow. I will be back. Good jobs guys.

Still my favorite mechanic to go to, even though I live in Orlando. Trustworthy guys who tell you straight, no rip offs.

This auto shop has given me great service since I relocated here in 2016 when I retired. They are fair, honest and will work with you to give you the best price and service for your vehicle. The dealer for my Chrysler 200C charged me a very high price for some maintenance needed on my car and Alan did the same work for a very reasonable price that I was able to afford! Thanks guys keep up the good work!

I went to get an oil change Saturday morning they told me to leave my car key and call me when it’s done.and the place called me 9mins before they close at 4: 51 to get my car and it’s a 30min walk from my house and I didn’t get their voicemail till 5: 10 when they close at 5, now I already paid before I left and their was no mentioning of leaving my car key somewhere I could get outside of the building or even a manager or person to call after hours. Now I have to wait till Monday at 7: 30.

Most reliable tire and repair shop in Tampa. I've been going to them for 5 years and Alan has been great.

This Firestone does not honor my lifetime rotation and balance, I bought from Firestone. I don't know how they get away with the name Firestone. Go to another Firestone.

My daughter went there to get a flat tire fixed. They said they didn’t have any tires in the whole store. Amazing, they’re a tire store, it’s what they do. Also tried to convince her she needed an oil change when she just got one recently. Finally when it came time to pay there was an extra ten dollars on the bill with no explanation. The man seemed dumbfounded that he was called out and “adjusted” the price. Bunch of lazy scammers. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

I went there with an emergency and they took care of me even though it was close to quitting time. I couldn’t believe how much they charged me it was next to nothing. I am truly amazed that there are still honest people who are welling to help others.

They perfom good work here but their service advisors do not know a lot. They didn’t even know what a tire rotation was and they were confused why I wanted to do one on my girlfriend’s car. It’s just disappointing that you need to tell them how to fix your car. They also tried to sell us stuff we didn’t need when we got our service done.

Great customer service! After calling 50 places for a tire, I spoke with Alan at TWA firestone. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeble. Communication is such a rare and vital asset and this place definitely has it. He followed up with me quickly to let me know they got my tire in. The whole process was smooth and easy. He even did a follow up to make sure everything was going well with it. That is certainly a unique and rare find these days. I will be recommending them to friends and family without hesitation! Great job, thank you Alan and the firestone staff.

Total ripoff, price gouging. $90 just to tell you what's wrong and they won't even deduct that from the $600 in repairs they quoted for basically a tune up. Shamefull.

Save yourself some money and go somewhere else. Got my car fixed for less than half the price and it was done right. Never going back.

They are the best in town. Honest and reliable. Never tried to sell us things we do not need. Fantastic work
