I wish my kids were still young enough to go to Dr. Q. I cannot say enough good things about this man. My daughter just text me all excited because they ran into him. She couldn’t believe he remembered everybody’s names and asked how all of her siblings were. My oldest is 29 now my youngest daughter 20. He still remembers all of them. The best pediatric doctor in Ormond Beach by far. We used to wait for his office to open instead of going to our regular pediatrician

So pleased with our visit here. All the staff were so friendly and Dr. Q was amazing. We were seen quickly, and given a thorough exam and explanation of everything during the visit. I will definitely be back for future visits when needed!

Dr. Q is one of the best doctors however his front desk ladies are absolutely horrible and mean. They argue over everything, they are super rude, they never return phone calls or communicate over payment discrepancies. I’ve been over charged by the office manager and they delayed care to my SICK child all to figure out a past due payment that wasn’t even past due. They are unorganized and rude and nasty

Made my sick daughter (fever 102) and I wait 30 minutes in the lobby just to say they don’t take our insurance. Why not specify that when we first get to the window and before telling me to sit down? Instead she insisted me to pay out of pocket. Smh. My poor baby is crying because she doesn’t feel good and now we have to start a wait at another facility.

Dr Q is amazing. I am a also an MD, and i trust his judgment completely. Such a caring, amazing office

Place apparently bans you if you don’t pick up the phone during your work hours then they have the nerve to make you wait there and deny a child who is sick on a weekend. Real nice business practices all about the money not about helping anyone.

My daughter and I brought my granddaughter to Twilight Pediatrics Monday, October 18th at 5pm. She is 8 months old. When my daughter went to the window to fill out forms, the woman asked for her insurance card. She said can I get you a photo of it? My husband has it and he is working right now. (he is a firefighter.) Before the young woman at the front desk could answer, the woman behind her with dark hair and glasses snapped an answer- NO, absolutely not, we need the actual card or you can leave. Then my daughter said why can't it be an actual photo of the card? With my ID? The woman literally said-yelling at her by the way-I said NO! What if we did that for everyone? You can get the card or pay $125 or LEAVE! I literally was dumbfounded.she paid the $125, her daughter obviously needed to be seen. Right before we were called back the male nurse said to the receptionist-Are we taking the person with no insurance card? Is she going to pay? Do they have money? THEN when we were called back the male nurse, (while my daughter was gathering her things.you know all you need with a little one-diaper bag, bottle, purse and the baby) -said, very sarcastically-TAKE YOUR TIME! And on the way back to the exam room, she dropped a few things and as we were gathering them up he sighed and continued to be rude. Now I do have to say the Doctor was very kind and knowledgeable, but that means nothing when the front end people and support staff are so God awful! I literally in my 57 years on this earth and in this town. I was born at Halifax Hospital-have NEVER experienced such incredible rudeness and lack of empathy. EVER! We will never be back. I am so upset, sad and angry. No one should ever be treated this way, especially a Mom while taking care of her sick baby. I wish I could give zero stars, but it has to be at least one to post.

I wish that I could give them zero stars. The office manager, SUSAN, who also answers the phones, is argumentative and adversarial. She was rude on the phone and even more rude in the office. I absolutely walked out and would recommend that you avoid this business at ALL costs. The doctor may be good; not sure. My experience here was so bad that I didn't want to stick around and find out. He should fire her immediately. It was so bad that I would rather go to the E. R. I informed the doctor directly that he is losing business because of Susan and he did not seem to care.

Staff lady at front dark haired one was rude. Basically told us it wasn’t worth waiting bc there are a lot of people ahead of us. They won’t take insurance on the phone has to be physical ID. Once I said we weren’t local she started being rude. I don’t know how they have 5 stars. They definitely shouldn’t.

I loved this place and it was always my go to. When I called my child's regular care physician in Palm Coast and tried to make an appointment because my child was sick and in pain and they said we are booked but we have an opening next Wednesday (SERIOUSLY? ! Ugh). I knew for a fact I had Twilight Pediatrics and my visit would be well worth the drive to Ormond. The Dr there is my favorite and I wish he would open a day office and we could have him as our regular care physician. Unfortunately United Health Care Medicaid didn't resign a contract with Twilight and we are no longer able to go here. A visit here out of pocket is about 125.00 and I can't afford that-I am saddened by Medicaid not sticking with twilight and I hope somehow they change their minds.

After 15 month shots on Tuesday morning by daughter hadn't been able to stand up until Wednesday night. My pediatrician told me to take her to Twilight, Dr. Quinteros was not only professional and polite, he was fast!
He had us in and out in less than 45 minutes and he took the time to be gentle, caring, compassionate and listened to all of my concerns and assessed my baby so gently. 5/5 he was amazing, I wish we could clone you Dr. Quinteros. Thanks again, from the bottom of my heart, you are a wonderful provider and a very kind person.

Dr. Quinteros is THE BEST. Always great with the kids, truly knowledgeable, excellent caregiver. If he opened a family practice, our family would be first in line.

Everyone was really good to me and my son. They were closing less then an hour and they still seen my son and took very good care of him. Amazing doctor and staff.

Dr. Quinteros is the BEST pediatrician in Volusia/Flagler counties! A doctor who truly cares and loves the children! His diagnosis is always spot on! X 10+ years
