Twin Lakes did our pool renovation and a challenging one at that. They did an amazing job. They were honest and delivered the exact results we wanted. They also worked quickly and the pricing was very fair. If you need pool renovation or repair work done, you can stop looking further. I am sure their weekly maintenance service is also just as good. We contracted with Twin Lakes Pool & Spa to do our pool remodel, and we are thrilled with the results.

They installed new coping, glass tile, a sheer fountain and resurfaced the pool with DiamondBrite, transforming our old, dull pool into a beautiful and modern oasis. The result is stunning!

The entire team—Earl, Kim, Don, James, Rohan, Ricky, and Billy—was great to work with. They were professional, courteous, and efficient and communicated with us throughout the process.

Everything was terrific from start to finish. They made it easy and hassle-free from the moment Earl gave us an estimate to the day they put the finishing touches on the "vacation spot" in our backyard.

Don’t know what this place is doing. I have lived near there for 35 years. Twice I called about resurfacing my pool and never received a callback. Then recently I called about a pool pump. Again no callback. Never again would rather drive 5 miles then go there. Too many places that actually have customer service. So long!

Poor customer service. I've been supporting this store for over 22 years. There is really a need for another pool chlorine store in this area. The store has been here for a very long time and it is due for a competition. Let me go support Pinch A Penny and let's compare the experience. I have nothing to lose.

We've been going to Twin Lakes for over 20 years, the service and advice has always been excellent. We're selling our house and moving away, but I've already recommended Twin Lakes to the buyers.

We recently hired Twin Lakes pools for a complete renovation of our 25 year old pool and patio. They were very fair with their pricing and stood by their word on everything they promised us. Even after we paid in full, they still came back making sure everything was perfect. James and his team were so professional and wonderful to deal with. We almost miss having him in our backyard lol. The whole process was much less trouble and took far less time than we expected. We are more than thrilled with our new “resort style” back yard and definitely recommend this company.

Been going to twin lakes pools for over 9 years. Have always had great professional service until the young kid with long hair started. His attitude sucks and he’s absolutely horrible to deal with. The rest of the staff is friendly and professional.

We recently had our pool refinished. We love the outcome! Kim was very helpful and on point with guiding us on materials to choose. Don was excellent in overseeing the project, keeping things moving in timely matter. Rohan and the crew did an impeccable job on the renewal. Overall, pool looks brand new, very satisfied with the outcome!
