Excellent service and a wonderful group of barbers. I really enjoy the camaraderie and atmosphere this place creates. I’ve been going here for nearly 3 years straight and have never had a bad cut. Justin is my barber but I know all of the barbers here do great work. Highly recommend!

The barber named dale that cut my hair has to be the worst barber in the 239. I asked for a mid taper and he gave me the complete opposite. I didn’t get the fade done right on the back or on the sides. I asked for a trim on the sides and I walked out with the side of my head shaved. It seems like it might have been his first day cutting hair with the results I got. Even with a reference photo he still messed me up. Book dale for a cut if you wanna get messed up.

My son just went to the barber shop and it is unfortunate and frustrating that barber Dale did the complete opposite of what my son requested. My son has taken care of the length and style of his hair for a long time. We are very upset because Dale did not pay attention to what my son as a client requested and he did not have any consideration as a barber because he did the complete opposite. Please hire people who want to work who identify with their work and who understand the importance of knowing how to listen to and understand their clients. Hire people capable of receiving customers with good will and disposition.

I walked in this place and I got butchered I asked for a mallet and my beard shaped up straight razor and color the guy did a horrible job he didn't fade my sides in properly didn't fade my beard properly he wrecked my beard and cut it all out of shape he nicked me with razor so deep its been 2 days I washed my face and it started bleeding again thank God I didn't have any special occasion coming up I watched every other customer walk out with a nice cut its obvious there is some talented barbers there but this guy needs to be let go or trained how to cut hair and straight razor I didn't complain i paid my 80 dallor bill and walked out but I will never go back there just based on the fact you don't know what skill level of barber your going to get so don't walk in this place and get a cut all the talented barbers in there are booked they throw the walkins to new guys or less experienced barbers

Workers are very friendly, they do a very good job and the process are reasonable. Justin cuts hair great, see him if you want a great haircut

Marcell cut my beard today and ruined my whole night he completely butchered my beard he deserves to be fired this is by far the worst job I have ever experienced the pictures speak for themselves he messed up and went to high and decided to leave the other side long he didn't even fix it he left me zig zags that picture is my neck lifting my head up.today was my wife's birthday we are not from here we were going to visit Sanibel Island i could not go in public looking like this we literally had to get a hotel so I could shave it all off. I swear Marcell had no clue what he was doing its like he was high he did not listen to what we asked we even showed him a picture plus my wife came up and showed him where to cut.he didn't even follow my jaw line he made his own line that was actually a quarter inch away from my actual jaw line.its a shame the place looks very high end Marcell just doesn't belong there I regret it the minute I sat down he just looked lost confused and out of place. He doesn't belong there he needs to go work at a barber shop not a fancy looking place. I can honestly say I had the worst experience of my life from TwinCutz barber shop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU VALUE HOW YOU LOOK AND ESPECIALLY YOUR BEARD.

Loved my haircut love the barber I had loved the other Barber that was there Alex I think her name was I can't remember who cut my hair but he was awesome as well
