So I’m a little mixed on my review with this place. I’ve been here a few times and recently moved to this area trying to find a place that I can make my regular salon. The first time I went I got annoyed because they couldn’t do the designs I wanted. Then I figured I would try them again and asked if they could, mind you it wasn’t anything super complicated. The next time I went there the lady did a good job but made comments about a popular celebrity that I questioned. I ignored it because I try not to jump to conclusions. I was getting married in March and really wanted a specific look and was told who could do it so I made an appointment well in advance with her I think she’s the owner not sure but sits in the very front. I get there and she wasn’t there. I wait and they tell me she’s on the way, then a while later they tell me she’s not coming she’s sick. I was extremely disappointed. Then they tell me oh she’s going to come it was all over the place. She comes starts my nails with very limited conversation like she was annoyed. Then she said her back was hurting. She didn’t finish she got up in the midst of doing my nails for someone else to finish me because her regular client came in and she went immediately to do the older lady and knew her by name and engaged in conversation with her. It made me feel like I didn’t matter to her and this other person was more of a priority. I’m not understanding why when I made an appointment just like that lady did. I hate to go there but the only difference between me and that lady is ethnicity. I’m not sure if I’ll go back but it’s the only place that’s close and actually have some people in there that know how to do what I like. I may just have to go to my old place farther out but at least I don’t feel like that. I will say that the lady that took over from the owner that day, she was a lot nicer, friendly and engaged in conversation with me. I think the lady that took over name is Amy she was very nice.

I was able to get an appointment for the same day, even though it was a Friday. The service was great! Almost no wait time. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I didn't catch the lady's name but everyone was friendly. She started the pedicure & Eric finished the nail color & foot massage. He was very gentle & professional. I will be back! 100% recommended.

Alicia is absolutely fabulous, and an artist! She's very kind, sweet, and very talented with any request. She is extraordinary, and a definite asset to Twinkle nails!

The new massage chairs are so comfortable and the massage feels so good. Alicia is incredible. She always does an amazing job. A true nail artist!

Love my nails and they have the honey pearl volcano pedicure kits that are my favorite. Trying out a new color for our upcoming cruise.
