Awful service at the drive thru today from Joseph M. (As well as the girl who finished with us for him, since he couldn't keep his composure. You really need to get your teen workers to take their jobs seriously and lose the attitudes.

The brownie sundae I got is the most pathetic sundae I have ever seen. Cup is not even full only partially, and then the rest was whip cream. No hot fudge, how do you do a sundae with no fudge especially when the photo shows fudge on it.

I've gone to so many twister treat locations and this is the one that gave me problem's. By far the WORST location.

Get it together or shut yourself down.

Love this place. Creamy soft serve. Always friendly.

No refund policy! Beware! Our kiddo did not like the mint ice cream—which he usually loves. So, we asked for a replacement of lesser value—but they said ‘No! ’ Shameful! I could not believe it. After all, It is common that restaurants will always try to appease the customer especially when the product does not taste right. Not here! The assistant manager said ‘sorry’ but we won’t ever go back there. I hate it that I gave them nearly $25 for our group’s purchase.

Ice cream is ok but the location is terrible. On a visit with our family we had to sit in an area close to the parking lot, and fast cars. My main complaint is the staff seemed to sit in the common area and meet others who were smoking. With out young kids who were trying to enjoy ice cream, being around smokers was not fun.

Normally a good spot to take my 5 year old son. Tonight at 8 pm, 2.5 hours prior to closing this location is closed with blacked out service order windows and signage stating “drive through only “. This is not the look of a business looking to succeed and be a part of the community which happens to be more “walk up/bike up or in”
and personal. Could have been a much more successful location, sad.

I traveled here with my family to make a memory at a friendly looking ice cream parlor. Service was ok, we ate our cream and it was good, they were out many things… with a grocery store less than a minute away. We ate our ice cream and we see the girl come out and go to her guy friends car, after he cruised through the parking lot going over double the speed limit. The worker had curly blonde frizzy hair. She made out with the guy for 15 minutes in front of customers it was very unpleasant and unprofessional to look at. I am very displeased by this.

Our go to spot when visiting New Smyrna and we need a sweet treat. I think we stopped by three or four times the week we visit. This year and last! The drive through is super convenient! Great selection of wonderful desserts.

No employees over priced messed up order didn't put fudge in mine so basically paid 6 bucks for small cup of vanilla ice cream & only put literally 3 gummy bears in my sons

This place is amazing! I have read several of the complaints and think that most of them are a bunch of Karen’s especially the one about asking for bubble gum ice cream… I mean why would u order something not on menus then complain they said it’s not on menu? I come here at least. A couple times a week. I know they are short staffed so be kind because you don’t know if the person before you ordering was not so nice to them … they are only human like us

We went through the drive through tonight and ordered bubble gum icecream because we've gotten it at another Twistee Treat, when we ordered a rude lady over the drive through speaker said "where on there do you see bubble gum" with an attitude. We pulled up to the window and asked her why she talked to us that way and she said I mean all I said was where do you see bubble gum and we replied saying you didn't have to be so rude about it and she interrupted us saying ok have a nice night and slammed the window in our face. An icecream shop is supposed to be a nice family place where memories are made. This was the complete opposite and it is sad how people treat others these days.

I love their ice cream. The people in the drive through have always been friendly and I've liked everything I've eaten.

We stop by everytime we are in New Smyrna. Great ice cream, even though it can take a little time to receive your order.

They were really slow and were making up drive threw orders while we were waiting for our ice creamand else were there first they did atleast 5 drive threw orders that weren't there before us before we starting getting our food I had to wait almost an hour for our ice cream nice people but c'mon the people who are sitting outside in the hot sun that ordered first should come before people in a nice car with AC

Very, very busy and not enough help. There were many people on line in cars as well as the walk up window. They ran out of some items (good that they sold a lot) and in the end the wait was worth it.

Excellent soft serve ice cream. Worth going out of the way to visit. Also great for Sunday's and other ice cream treats.

Super yummy creamy soft serve in an excellent convenient location close to the beach! The only down side was that they were out of lots of flavors/ toppings but the cheesecake topping was great

Cheap, average ice cream. Pretty limited selections for an ice cream place. Chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream with topping (s). Tried to order more than one topping but the woman made it very clear and direct that it’s one topping only. The ice cream sandwich was two small cookies and about five inches of ice cream so impossible to eat as a sandwich unless you’re able to unhinged your jaw. Toppings tasted stale.

Usually excellent ice cream but today it was sour like the ice cream ingredients were off and it was inedible. So disappointing. I hope management has better quality control over the product.

We tried this place as our usual was too packed. They were fast, super friendly, and had a really fun selection. The ice cream wasn't my absolute favorite but it was good.
