Twistee Treat New Tampa

It's alright, the food is good, but there was really only one person working. Also dad always can't get his order right, instead of Reese's pieces they put Reese's cups.

The manager, Gretchen, was wonderful! Pleasant and very helpful! We need more Gretchen's, especially in Orlando area!

The ice cream was amazing! The only problem I had was the smell of the place. Once I stepped out of my car, the smell whipped me in the face! It smelled like garbage, but the garbage they had was empty.

Loved the coconut ice cream pina colada treat! The African American young lady gave superior customer service. She had a welcoming smile and was very friendly.

I left a review on my other account. I also did as asked and filled out a form on the website. This is what Twistee Treats does (all owned by the same person in my area). If you read when they owner responds online, it all sounds so concerning and empathetic. Do you notice that their replies are simply cut and paste by the owner? They are. I did all they asked me to do and they THEN do nothing. That’s what is actually going on is presenting a false front to appease those reading reviews to think “oh, look how responsive the owner is”. It’s a charade and a scam.

This is the worst place for ice cream I've ever been to. The service was impolite & slower than molasses. I only ordered 2 menu items & one was a milkshake w candy added. It was like soup & all the Reese's peanut butter cups were nothing but chunks of chocolate, no peanut butter. Even the ice cream itself tasted very unappealing. I threw it away because I knew it wouldn't be worth freezing to eat later. I will never eat there again.

Pretty good ice cream! Very smooth and creamy! And bonus points for free pup cups! My dog loves his ice cream with a treat on top!

The ice creams are DELICIOUS.super creamy and the perfect flavors.it's too hot to seat outside, but many people do.

Delicious treats here and outdoor tables, only complaint is the music playing over the PA was full of static and not very good. Overall good experience though.

I just stopped by to get a hot dog. The two employees were very friendly and my food arrived quickly.

Amazing food and really good ice cream handicap parking and a handicap entrance seating outside and a very nice staff I would highly recommend

We start a group run from here and eat ice cream when we finish. Run is on asphalt sidewalk off of the road and includes a nice "hill" over I-75 about 2 miles away from TT. Good shakes and soft serve. Outdoor seating only.

This place used to be good, orders were taking and no complaints at all, this time we went and what a mess getting the orders straight right. I order a medium white chocolate with cream cheese and the medium size look like a small cup literally. The lady who took the order was kind of rude and an a rush, maybe was a bad day for them, but customers always expect a good attitude from the employees.

Favorite local ice cream shop. Love that is has a drive thru for those super hot days when you don’t want to pull the kids outta the car. Took a star off because there’s no portion control. Some nights it’s spot on, other nights it’s considerably less. Treats are super yummy and they’ve got the best sprinkles and dips.

Great ice cream. They have 5 or 6 toppings to choose from after you have picked vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry ice cream.

Their ice cream so good it makes you wanna close your eyes. Great price for the portion! I hope they never change <3

Nice ice cream place with a ton of variety. The service is good, and the cone shaped building gives a funny nostalgic feeling for some reason. I would go here over almost any other place serving similar things.

Love twisted treat. If I were to improve.anything about it I would see the speed of the workers. When the line gets long it really doesn't move quickly you will be there a while.

I've always loved twistee treat since moving to FL when I was 14. So it's been 16 years of this being my favorite ice cream shop. Love the variety and the fact that you can sit outside and enjoy it

All the twistee treats are well run. The new tampa location is very high traffic and the staff is always on top of things.
