The ice cream is delicious but the service could improve.attendance treated me very badly.

Good ice cream. Decent amount of choices. Price is a little high but you are paying for the service and convince. Make sure you join thier loyalty program. It's not really advertised.

Best soft serve in this part of St. Pete! They are generous with the amount of ice cream they scoop into the waffle cones. They also have a customer reward program. Just give them your phone # every time you buy, and you can earn a free cone after so many purchases.

What a fun-filled time! We loved going here to celebrate our granddaughter's birthday. Generous ice cream amount too! Many people enjoying their delicious choice of ice cream. Efficient drive thru as well.

Ice cream is good but every time i come here they are out of waffle tacos or cookwiches hours before closing

Hot fudge sundae was excellent, full cup with nuts and cherry. Banana shake also excellent.

Unlike the location at Mainlands, this one is very good.

Amazing as always! Twister Treat is my go to for ice cream. They've got cones, bowls, boats, splits, floats, slushes, and more. The service is always friendly. Great value for price too! I highly recommend this place!

When arriving at twister treat I saw it was busier than a normal Monday night but I am happy customer and have plenty of patience to wait in line. However when ordering the brownie sundae, My father asked me to pick up another ice cream for my brother, so I wanted to wait so it didn’t melt.however it was 10: 01 and they close at 10: 30 one of the coworker lied to me on the night June 26 after I saw her texting and on the phone while other coworker were working very hard I felt betrayed by this twisty treat never come here again, however the brownie sundae ate!

Went here 2 days ago, my kids used their own money on their cash app cards, and they each payed about $7 for shakes, and now 2 days later they got emails that the total changed to $15 and some change because of tip when my kids didn’t tip, so the way it looks to me is that the employees at this Twistee treat tipped themselves without consent and stole from my kids and we will be back there shortly for a refund!

The employee that waited on us was extremely rude and obnoxious. She had an attitude when I asked questions about the products and was not helpful in explaining the way the items are served. It was my daughters birthday & she specifically wanted to try their ice cream and the woman was not accommodating. We asked for a banana split with 3 flavors which is indicated in the sign. She had an ignorant look on her face and rude tone when I said $5 a flavor does not matter. I thought being a customer we would be able to order what we wanted. When my daughter mentioned her birthday the woman ignored her & I am confused why she felt the need to be so short in her responses. When we couldn’t get the 3 flavors we ordered 3 medium to go and she served them without lids & spoons in them. When I asked for lids she said with a disrespectful tone you should have told me. In addition the ice cream flavors taste imitation. The red velvet had an after taste and I only took 2 bites & pitched it. The banana & pistachio were also disappointing. The cappuccino was the only flavor that was decent but definitely not worth almost $6. But then again according to the lady working the window none of it was since it wasn’t relevant to her phone!

Can't go wrong here for ice cream. Their ice cream is probably my favorite. Great selection. Walk up and order!

The ice cream was so creamy and the staff was very nice. I enjoyed my experience at the Kenneth City location. The management at this location must be really great.

The girl at the order window with strawberry blonde hair definitely needs to work on her customer service skills. You go to get ice cream with your family for family time fun not to be met with a attitude unfriendly girl. Instead of being helpful she talks to you like your dumb. There are so many choices Instead of being hurried at the window she needs patience. There was no one even behind us. She was unapologetic about her tone and eye rolling. Very uncomfortable with such a girl that should be bubbly fun for a ice cream parlor. You only have 1 job at a ice cream parlor is customer satisfaction for repeat business with family.

This place is great! Ice cream is always accurate and delicious! Definitely my favorite ice cream shop
