NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RUDE AND DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PAYING CUSTOMERS WILL NEVER COME BACK! Would not serve us even though we got there 20 minutes to close! DO BETTER!

The ice cream was good but they forgot to make 2 of our ice creams and served 2 others before getting getting back to us.

I go here every Friday to treat myself for a ice cream cone after my busy crazy work week. I love the taste of the ice cream.

I am in love with this place! It's so cute too! I always order the pistachio ice cream swirled with coconut ice cream in a waffle cone. I recently tried a slushie and was not impressed. They have a drive through and do take a bit to collect payment and serve you which is strange since they only have ice cream and slushies! That doesn't stop me from going biweekly though!

My dog and I enjoy stopping by whenever he goes to the vet/groomer next door. The wait can be a bit long at times, but they're usually pretty busy so it's not too bad.

We often stop by because my son craves for ice-creams. Since Twistee's is on the budget side, we can stop by more often.

Also, the staff are always super nice. Recently, I had to re-order an ice-cream because of miscommunication between the cashier and me. I was totally fine to re-order, but they did not charge me even after I insisted and gave them my credit card. They just said it's customer satisfaction. Pretty nice and thanks.

Worst experience EVER, if i could i wouldn't even give it 1 star. Very rude staff and very slow we were waiting for more than 25 minutes to get our order and they didn't even give us the order right. The staff was unbelievably rude and when i complained on one of the girls who worked there to her other coworker about her attitude with me, i was told "let it go". Worst customer service i never had such a bad experience as this one.

Horrible customer service my family was waiting so long for just ice cream. The staff was very rude to my sister and they were laughing at her! What kind of ice cream place makes you wait 30 min for a cone?

Excellent ice cream excellent service with seating area so you can enjoy your ice cream a music!

They have giant waffle cones dipped in chocolate and rolled in peanuts. Oh and of course the ice cream that goes on it. Oh mommy so good

Ice cream is always delicious BUT whatever happened to your "NO SUGAR ADDED" version? We used to get it all the time but this location has been telling us that THAT machine is out of order.been that way for over two months now

Had to drop a review to praise Adrien! His service was wonderful tonight. And of course the ice cream was excellent as it has been since I was a little girl going to the Ocoee location. Thank you for living up to my childhood memories once again!

I am a former Twistee Treat employee, however not this location. Little disappointed in their chocolate malt. I asked for malt chocolate shake at the drive-thru with extra malt and when I first received the order I didn't even get any malt. Then I had to go back to the window and asked for a malted shake and I got barely any malt. I guess they're not big on malted shakes

Yum! We went there on a very hot day, 97 degrees, so the ice cream seemed more delicious than usual. We went through the drive-thru so we could still be in the A/C. Lol! The employees were friendly and efficient. When I asked extra napkins they handed me a huge amount. Go there, you won't be disappointed and it's easy to find because the store looks like a giant ice cream cone!

Oh so good! And they cater to allergies which is fantastic. Service is always excellent. I'd post a pic of my peanut butter and black cherry shake but alas. It's gone.

It was pretty cool here. They have a wide variety of things to choose from. I have vanilla ice cream with the chocolate dip, and it was quite nice.

Six Employees working and I was 3rd in line as a walk up.and it took me 10 min to place an order and 30 min Just to get 2 solf small servers and 1 banana split. Of which no chocolate ice cream in stock. Slow slow very slow. Also 3 employee where just standing around talking.very slow. Car line was backed up and I saw 7 cars pull out of line and leave.

Amazing, fast and melty ice cream was delicious, although parking was a bit cramped, and I do suggest to bring some water to wash your hands off afterwards eventually

Always great ice cream and service with a smile. Prices are very reasonable and servings are plentiful and ingredients are fresh. She will NOT serve banana that have the slightest brown spots on them! It is me and my daughter's Wednesday / Thursday spot!

First time here getting ice cream with the family. Service was good, quality was on point. I would recommend it.
