Twistee Treat Valrico, Brandon FL

One of my favorite ice cream spots in Valrico. Super clean and very friendly staff. Skylar was great and her customer service was amazing!

Great place, great service, and the area is well maintained and always clean. The ice cream is so smooth, creamy, and definitely delicious. #1 place to go when craving ice cream.

The milkshake i got was the best i’ve ever had.i was served quickly by a sweet girl named cameron.overall 10/10 experience.

The girl with the dyed red hair was very rude at the window. I asked her if she could remake my 2 milkshakes that I ordered because they weren’t for me and they were melted, she stated she would have to charge me for 2 more milkshakes because she could not remake them. I then asked her if she could put resees pieces in them and she said she couldn’t and she would have to charge me for another milkshake so I end up paying over 10$ For 2 milkshakes and a attitude with rolling eyes and aggressively shutting the sliding window. Not sure what the issue was with her but she’s needs a attitude adjustment and needs to learn some self control. Very impatient she was with us.

Wow! Amazing! Fantastic! Incredible! Never eating at another ice cream place besides this one ever again! Ryan was amazing! The Ice Cream was amazing! Did I mention Ryan was amazing? Greeted me with the biggest smile! Such a kind fellow! Bless his heart!

Went there an hour ago and the girl was super nice and friendly. Brightened my day, and had great ice cream! Definitely coming back

We had shakes. They were good but too watery for my liking. I guess i should have asked for it thick but i thought it would b the standard texture. The ice cream itself seemed ok. The place is cute as a button. I might go back for ice cream but not the shake!

I have to say they serve some of the best looking treats and also taste incredibly good. Their customer service is spot on and very friendly. They always have a smile and makes me feel good. I will keep going to this location again for a long time to come.

Great service and great soft serve icecream! We ordered a chocolate dipped waffle cone and a banana split.

Loved it! Fresh delicious ice creams and toppings. Fudge brownie boat fantastic. Service with a smile. Great prices. Comfortable seating outdoors with umbrellas.

DQ got rid of butterscotch dipped cones. This place has them and they are sooooooo much better than DQ.

Took 20 mins to get the milk shakes and the guy used 80 percent milk guess they was out of ice cream. For $17 I could of just went to Publix and bought 4 jugs of milk.

Here on a mini vacation ordered a banana split and was served a ROTTEN SOGGY, FUNNY OLD TASTY BANANA. IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD! NOT TO MENTION THE GIRL WAS TOO BUSY ON HER CELL PHONE 11/21/19 8pm

Love that Icecream. Love the nonsmoking environment. Love the service. Wednesday night $1.25 a cone. What a great family friendly place. Thank you Twistee.

Me and my boyfriend have been going here for a while now as our #1 date spot! We went here after prom and my birthday and other times just randomly! Also the people here are amazing and the prices too! I usually get a medium chocolate sprinkle special cone with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sprinkles on top. Gosh id hate to see the day this place closes it'll always hold a special place in my heart and our relationship.

Today is 27 of december i went to twistee treat they officially need to replace the nasty treating employee 7: 42 pm this is the true last time for me here we todthe girl not to include the points then she said she already did it she should had never done that

Unbelievable! I ordered a brownie boat Sunday with the hot fudge on the side so the icecream wouldn't melt. Got home, icecream was half melted. Things happen, so I tried to call the location to let them know what happened.so could I solve the issue with a nice call? OH NO, that would have avoided this post. The locations don't have phones, the corporate number leads you through a big corporate maze of automated options and BS. Then they wanted me to go to thier website and fill out a form! Seriously, they want me to waste more of my time filling out a form? So I drove back to the store to get my refund and brought them back thier melted ice cream. I'm sick of companies treating people like trained animals. I don't like jumping through hoops? I just wanted to talk to the manager of the store and resolve it over the phone. Now. I'll never go back there. I refuse to spend my money at a place that treats me like that. I'd rather get brownies and icecream at Publix and make my own. At least if I have a issue I can just call the store and they'll mark it down and take care of it the next time I'm there.

One of the workers there knew us and they took that into account and made our orders wrong. The whole order. We asked for Brownie and she made us cookies and cream. We were not happy and we almost wanted to take to management about her service towards us.

Overpriced BUT the dole pineapple whip. It's cheaper and tastier at McDonald's for their soft serve vanilla.
