Two Georges Marina, Shalimar FL

I picked up a new 23 Mitzi skiff this past weekend Jeff was my salesperson, it was the best buying experience I could have asked for this being my first boat he showed me just about everything there is to the boat, all the features everything, we were towing it 8 hours back to South Carolina he took the time to make sure everything was safe and secure, was the perfect experience highly recommend.

They deserve no stars, but I had to leave at least one to write this review. My husband and I purchased a boat from this marina in the spring. The boat had to be prepped for transport since we lived several states away. The boat was basically slaughtered during the removal of the tower. They cut wires short, they damaged the hydraulic lines, and the cutting of the tower was a mess. It cost us thousands of dollars to have the boat/tower repaired at the boat yard once it arrived. My husband contacted the owner of marina to see is of some of our money could be recovered. He left several messages, with no return calls. Finally, my husband got him on the phone and explained who he was, and his concerns. The owner hung up in his face. The boat yard where we had the boat repaired, agree it was a sloppy job, and some of our money should have been reimbursed. I will continue to spread the word along the east coast what a bad experience we had with your marina. Word of mouth goes a long way.

Very pleased as new TGM customer with boat rack storage! Melissa, Jeff, Michael, Randy and Brody are great to work with and communicate well as a team. Marina has all the right amenities, prices are reasonable, and close to best boating action, yet protected a bit by it’s location. Fair winds and following seas to all!

George and Jeff have really got a great Marina. Met with them both yesterday. What a great place and were so glad to have them in our community! Make sure to check out the ship store and get one of these great looking hats.

There isn't another Marina like Two George's. Great people. Love the Atmosphere. Love the view.

Two Georges has been very helpful getting our boat taken care of! We use them for Fuel almost every week and we are very happy with how they treat the customers!

I bought a boat that was docked here. The tower needed to be removed for transport by truck to Virginia. Two George's boat mechanic disassembled the tower by whatever means possible. THEY DESTROYED MY TOWER. Cut all hydraulic lines, cut wires without labeling the wires for easy termination when tower is reinstalled. Ripped port side Strasglass beyond repair. They cut t top off of the tower with a grinder instead of a hacksaw which had to be professionally redone.
They cost me an extra $2500 in damages. They did not offer to pay me in damages. I will be taking them to court. So do not use them.

Traveled to Destin for a week with our 24’ Tritoon and leased a transient slip at Two Georges. The docks were in great shape, the boat was safe and secure, the fuel dock offered prompt and courteous service, facilities were top notch, and most of all, Melissa and the crew treated us like family. I highly recommend Two Georges Marina and would absolutely use the marina again!

Fantastic marina! By far the best option in the FWB-Destin area for sales, service, parts, and storage. Clean docks and facilities that are constantly being upgraded. The staff is always helpful and works hard to keep things moving.

Love Two Georges Marina. Extremely clean, friendly staff and beautiful spot to leave my boat and watch the sunset from their deck. An added bonus - if you run out of beverages or beer, they have a cooler stocked full of cold ones!:)

Great Marina. Highly recommend for transients. Walking distant to small stores and restaurants. No laundry facilities, but bathrooms were immaculate. Docks were clean and we'll maintained as we're the electrical pedastals. They are doing some repairs to covers over slips. The staff was fantastic. Great (and fast) communication and incredibly accommodating and friendly. This should be considered a stop for Loopers.

Two Georges is a great place all around. My boat was pretty beat up during Sally and the team at 2Georges worked hard to get her back in top shape. Their service manager, Ken Putkovich, went the extra mile to ensure 100% satisfaction and my boat looks like new. (from fiberglass and gelcoat work, lower unit repair, and a new powerpole, they were able to do it all in one shop) They've also gone a long way to spruce the place up, turning what was once an average old marina into what is now a really sharp looking marina, lined with palm trees, nice restrooms, cheap fuel, and a one stop shop for all your FL boating needs.

I can not recommend this marina for getting a bottom job done. Extremely expensive and shoddy work. Cost multiples more than it did for my last bottom job at a different marina and the other job was done much better. They also gave a quote, then tacked on additional fees that should have been included in the quote.

Great location and service. Boat barn is kept in great condition with regular maintenance and employees that follow through on making day to day operations run smoothly. Clean and neat environment. Great boat washing racks with electrical and water connections. Employees take pride in carrying out responsibilities and helping boaters.
