My expectations were exceeded with the professionalism and quality of service. Two Men and a Truck was highly recommended by a friend and I would recommend them as well. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

First, I have used other Two Men franchise locations many times over the last 8 years, and I was so upset over my recent moving experience in Broward. First, I had a cocktail table broken and other furniture clearly damaged during the move. Consumer beware- they do not use care in packing and handling. They will manipulate state law and offer you the minimum (60 cents per pound) rather than what their own Moving Service Agreement states. They will have you or the person meeting the movers quickly initial a document BEFORE the move begins- totally taking advantage of the situation when movers are already at your home and your items are packed to go! Then when you try to resolve the matter they resort to this intentional “you chose this” language. They are about as unethical in business as it gets. I’m out a $1,000 table and for all of the damage- they want to cut me a check for $183! No thanks. These are not movers who care.

They also failed to properly assemble my kid’s bunk bed- leaving a rail and nails on the floor. Not safe, not responsible at all. I had to call them to come back to finish the installation of 2 pieces of furniture. Careless.

Two Men & A Truck were the best movers I’ve used in over 40 years. Specifically, as a 22 year military veteran & 20 year civil servant I’ve moved over 14 times and used many moving companies. Your firm undoubtedly is the best I’ve ever used. Your two employees were beyond awesome professional and packed as if the items were their own. You guys are definitely doing things right and I recommend their service to military, civil service or law enforcement. They offer many options that no other companies do. It’s worth your time to find out! Thanks again.

This is the third time I have used Two Men and a Truck. I have been happy with all 3 moves. This last one was incredible. You do not say that very often about a move. Ken and Tim were ahead of schedule the entire day. They were professional, organized, and thoughtful. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

Some of my furniture was damaged and I reported it. I received a call inquiring about my move so I told the representative about my damages. However, I was never contacted.

Dominic and Michael were awesome. They took great care with my stuff. I couldn't have asked for better movers.

Leo and Thomas were a God send. They did a fabulous job They were on time, fast and efficient. I was so thankful for their help. We will be hiring them again with requests for Leo and Thomas when we have to move our items to their permeant location out of state. These guys were Fast and Furious! Well prepared and organized to tackle my move! They protected all my furniture and electronics. I did pay extra for insurance just in case but thankfully nothing was damaged.

The team was very efficient and they showed up on time, but in the process of moving my leather couch was scratched. The crew took pictures of the damage and told me someone would call. So far I have NOT been contacted.

Ken, Hector, Sam and Norman helped me move. They were polite, professional, expedient and efficient as was Alexa in her customer service. Can’t recommended highly enough.

I paid close to $500.00 to move a bed and couches less than. 5 miles away. The value for the service just isn’t worth it. Great people and professional. Pricing is simply outrageous.
