Never will I ever let this woman around my kid again. I had one experience with Dr Blount and it was the last.
I do not recommend this doctor.
We were scheduled with her when our original doctor who we loved, left for maternity leave.
The most condescending and rude attitude. She barely addressed me or my daughter before starting exam. My baby nor I appreciated that we both felt uncomfortable. She would chuckle under her mask at concerns or questions I had and I prefaced it all with the fact I’m a first time mom and my daughter was about 9 months old at the time.
I was seriously shocked.
Blew off my concerns and said my daughter had an ear infection and gave us RX. I felt like I was bothering her and wasting her time. I think she made eye contact with me twice for a couple seconds throughout the visit.
The RX she prescribed didn’t do anything to help, so we had to go back and get different Rx and I felt awful my daughter took medicine at such a young age when it didn’t help and the visit with the doctor gave me 0 comfort. I left feeling like none of my concerns were addressed.
I do not recommend bringing your child to this specific doctor
I get people have bad days but you choose to work with babies, act like it. And when I got home and looked at other reviews because I was so shocked at our experience, most of them mirrored ours.
I wouldn’t want this woman to make my sandwich let alone examine my child.

Dr Harvey Blount has been wonderful, she has helped me get all the services my child with special needs requires. I would recommend pediatric associates to anyone because of her.

Dr. Harvey is very caring and knowledgeable. She’s my daughter’s pediatrician since newborn.

Everyone was very friendly, approachable and professional. Very welcoming as my daughter was new patient and willing to provide all the information and help we need it.

Pediatric Associates has gone down hill in the last 5 years! EVERY single time I call for a sick appointment I am offered an appointment for 2-3 days from the day I call. When a mother calls to have their child seen by their pediatrician the last thing they want to be told is that they’ll have to wait a few days before their child can be seen. Or the other choice they give you is to drive to one of their other locations that is much further away from your home and/or you’re unfamiliar with any staff or doctors in the office. We are so obviously treated like another number. There is Absolutely no personal attention or repertoire formed between doctor and parent since you’re never able to get in when needed and shuffled to one of their other locations. It’s very sad how much the experience has changed in the last 5 years. You can’t even get a local office when you call, you get an outsourced call center!

My absolute favorite doctor. She’s been my baby’s doctor since birth. She’s always so kind and patient. I always recommend her

I had a great experience with Dr. Harvey. She's my favorite Dr in Wellington office. My son was sick and when I saw her the first time she just looked at him and said he looks like he has ears infection and that was true. She helped him out I never forget that. She knows what she's doing. I really like her so much

Dr. Harvey, is amazing! She is very kind, patient and really listens to her patients and their parents! She is one of the best doctors at the practice and we only see her. She is very reassuring and thorough. I refer her to all parents I meet looking for a great pediatrician. I have 3 children from teens to a toddler and we all love her!
