The front lady 100 % rude, they need to switched her.
DO Assistant really nice, the DO was good she assessed everything properly. I work in the medical field Ik how overwhelming everything can be but they need better people at front because she is the first impression that you take when you get to the office.

Dr Stephens is a brilliant, caring doctor. Answers all questions. I never feel rushed. Highly recommend him.

Thanking Tyson Eye and Dr. Márquez for the excellent care and service they provided to me for the thorough eye exam and emergency laser surgery for a torn retina that was on its way to detaching.
Solution oriented, professional - offering state of the art technology. Definitely the very best - and I say this because I have gone to another office, who were to busy to see the day I called in with my condition. Dr. Marquez and her team had my interest at heart and managed their schedule to accommodate my needs even though I was not a patient on record.

It was in the "blink of an eye" that upon calling the office and listening to my.symptoms that I was told to immediately come to the office. I was immediately seen, and after an 1-1/2 hour eye exam with extensive testing, Dr. Marquez wanted me scheduled immediately for laser eye surgery with the risk of retina eventually detaching.
She then saw me weekly, to be discovered that the next week I needed to have a second laser surgery. Again, she quickly scheduled it and performed the procedure.
The whole time she and her amazing team reassured me that the procedures were going as hoped and to make a long story short - I am now on a monthly check up with excellent results.

Everyone in the office was terrific! This was an emergency for me. I have Shingles and my vision was blurry and they were able to fit me and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. Doctor Stevens is great too!

Saw Dr. Gallo for issue regarding previous cataract surgery in California. She understood the problem immediately and put my mind at ease. Dr. Stephens performed the capsulotomy in the office, took only a minute or two. Very modern equipment, clean, friendly office, and both doctors were superb! I've had issues with my eyes for 5 decades ~ this is the best opthomology office in all my experience.

This is a VERY wonderful facility. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. I'd particularly like to say that Connie was amazing. Put me at ease immediately. Dr. Gallo was, hands down, the best eye doctor I've ever been to. If you elect to get frames from them you will be dealing with David who is genuine, kind and extremely pleasant and friendly. So happy to have found this place. I can't imagine going anywhere else, ever. Thank you guys!

I saw Dr. Gallo, and I was extremely pleased with my experience. The tech, I think I recall her name was Nadia, was very knowledgeable and explained everything!

My experience with my first visit at Tyson Eye Center in Estero, Fl was overall excellent. Jill, Oph Tech, was the best I've had in times past & I am very impressed with Dr. Stephens. He actually read my chart notes prior to coming in the room. The only minus I would give would be in regards to the older lady behind the front desk who was rude. She counseled me bruskly that my husband could not come in with me & actually said he would have to wait outside, but allowed an older man with his middle aged son in with no problem. She was much out of line since she did not even have her nose covered with her mask.

This is a clean, efficient, caring and professional practice. Especially my several years experience with Dr Gallo brings me back time and again. Can't say enough about the experience there

Dr. Gallo and her assistants made me feel comfortable and safe during this pandemic. The examination was thorough and all my questions were answered before I could even ask them. This office is state of the art!
