U-Factory Radiators reviews
14They get everything they are looking for, as I am looking for affordable spare parts, this is it!
Bad communication with the client, shipments of the parts are requested and they do not communicate to say that they will not arrive
Of course, I can provide a fictional review for a bad radiator:
Title: "Disappointing Radiator Experience"
I recently purchased a radiator from XYZ Radiators, and unfortunately, it has been nothing but a disappointment. The product arrived late and was poorly packaged, already giving me a bad first impression.
Upon installation, the radiator started leaking within a week, causing significant damage to my car and It was both noisy and inefficient.
Moreover, attempting to reach their customer service was a nightmare. They were unresponsive and showed a lack of concern for the issues I faced. Getting a refund or any kind of support seemed nearly impossible.
In summary, this radiator from U Factory Radiators was a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against purchasing their products due to their poor quality, inadequate heating performance, and appalling customer service. Look elsewhere for a reliable and efficient radiator brand.
Hello, good morning, I bought a radiator in July and it has a tremendous leak due to a jet, what should I do to change it?
My go-to radiator shop another one but now this is my number one. A couple things you can't get from here sometimes but not too many things check them first
Rude over the phone. Barely speaks English. Giving out the wrong parts. Hung up in my face because some of them don’t understand English terms
I waited 30 minutes for the repair person to help me and he never showed up so I decided to leave.
They are the rudest older men I have ever met in customer service. Dirty in mouth and physique. They need to educate them.
They are good at selling you, but if you need to change a piece that they sent you wrong, they act funny, they should send a city inspector to stop being disrespectful and apply the consumer rights law
If I could give a 0 star I would. My mechanic went to return the condenser of a AC piece I bought with them. They sold me the "guarantee" stating that if I buy the condenser and compreser I could return the pieces with full return if I had any issue. The piece didn't fit my car. So he went to return it.they took the receipt and the condenser (I paid for two things condenser and compresor, but they only gave me the condenser, I didn't notice till I gave the box to my mechanic - I am not a mechanic). Then they kept saying they would return the money, for the past 2 months. And nothing. They kept the piece, the receip and the money. Horrible service. I'll see what my lawyer says
Those people are the worst, they don't answer the phone or they hang up on people's calls. They don't want to work and they only have to answer the phone. They should change all that staff.
They sell you what is not and one gives the correct information and then you waste a lot of time.
Good prices, and good service, the best thing to buy radiators for cars in all of Miami at factory prices and you don't have to wait for what you're looking for, there's this one
I bought a spare part in the morning and my mechanic did not use it and I wanted to return it in the afternoon and they did not return the money and they kept the spare part. Rude and foul-mouthed.
