I was assisted by a U-Haul Team Member by the name of Riggs. He was very helpful and assisted me with bring in the "To-Go" plastic moving boxes. He got my payment processed very quickly and was very courteous and professional. I will definitely return to this location for my future moving needs.

Upon renting the trailer it was noticed that the harness to connect it to the vehicle was cut so the lady replaced it with another harness and and then then did a brake light and turn signal check, however what I did not know at that time was that the the running lights do not operate and as a result I had to follow the vehicle that evening after dark to ensure our safety and it cost me more gas than the rental, to top that off the next morning I turned the vehicle in At 7: 30 approximately in the morning, went inside to notify the people that it was where it supposed to be and that there is an issue with the running lights and it cost me more gas than the rental, and I would like someone to talk to me in regards to this matter no one contacted me, However 77 hours later I get a call from u-haul in Jacksonville asking when I will return the trailer that I returned 3 days before! I told her where it was and everything that had happened and that I wanted to speak with someone in regards to the issue the issue as I feel I should be discounted she said someone would contact me and this has never happened then 9 days later my my bank is billed for this transaction, this is very poor and I am very displeased.

3 months later I get a toll rd bill from Uhaul claiming that I owe. The toll rd incident occurred just a month after I had turned in the trailer. So it clearly wasn't my bill and I had to waste my time yet again with these people.

First off this was my first time ever using Uhaul so I didn’t know exactly how it worked! But, When your customers walk in maybe you all should greet them instead of taking about having children and not ending the conversation when a customer came in. They were talking so loud. I stood there for about 3mins before anyone said anything to me, mind you they seen me come in through the main entrance looked me directly in the face and kept on with their conversations as if I didn’t need to be waited on. The young lady had to get off her telephone call to help me when it was 3 other workers standing around taking about having babies and marriage! Furthermore, nor did they inform me on how mileage just 0.89 per mile, I found out afterwards that I could have gotten unlimited! Other than that I’m sure the service would’ve been better!

I could not reach a person when calling, when i got to the location there was 3 people at the desk- 2 were on the phone and the other sat there. As i waited about 15-20 minutes another customer came in and we were just standing there. After I returned my vehicle on time and short of my mileage calculator, I checked my account and saw a double charge pending.

DO NOT EVER RESERVE WITH THIS UHAUL! I wish I could give legitimately 0 stars. My partner and I were preparing for our move down to South Florida and we were told to pick up our truck from this location. We get our keys and one of the workers points us to our truck. On the piece of paper it said the mileage for the truck was 90620 and had half a tank. When we got in the truck the mileage was at 91190 and our gas was at a quarter of a tank. LUCKILY my partner took a time stamped picture and called the store and they said “it’ll be fine, just let them know at the store you drop it at that it was our fault. ” So we drive down racking in around 370 miles even though we were covered for almost 500 miles and returned it and let the workers at our new store know what this store said. A week later we get a text saying we have outstanding charges on our uhaul and go to view them and they’re trying to charge us for 1,007 miles on the truck and half a tank of gas. Moral of the story: save yourself the stress and book a uhaul somewhere else.

We got a hitch installed. Well the job got done, but the bad part was it took about 3 hours and when I was about to arrive home they called me saying they forgot to install something. Shame

Better than other U Haul places. They have a shopping lot 6 times larger than others of rentals. Plus many storage areas for rent.

I have always had a good experience here, but the last rental upon return took forever, The guy was rude and took his sweet time to check me in while it was raining. The windshield wipers would not turn off when I returned and I was interrogated by the return person and made me feel like I was lying and had created the problem. I have rented from this location on quite a few occasions, but after this will not rent from U-Haul again. It seemed like a new management and staff had started as it was very unorganized and the manger watched as this all happened and seem to encourage it.

These people are completely incompetent. I was told to call their main office to make a reservation, then I called and confirmed, and when I got there.guess what? No car carrier. A lady at the front desk with blonde hair actually told me that "they" didn't make the reservation, and it was "my" reservation. Then she rudely told me to repark my "precious" car or its going to get hit. I spent an hour waiting for them to find another car carrier and got nothing. Repeated all my information to them 3 times because apparently their system makes you do that once you come in even after you made the reservation. And I was the only one in the lobby because it was 2pm! I actually came the previous day and had to leave and, on that day, I had to wait for an hour just to talk to a person. This is like the Medicare office of truck rentals. Clearly, the only reason they are in business is because of a legacy name. Clearly, their reservations are worthless.

Do not ever ever reserve a U-Haul with these people you will be very disappointed reserve weeks in advance then when time to pick up they transfer me to another store which they knew didn't have any trucks. Then I go back to there store to complain they give 50 dollar fee for the inconvenience. But I notice they have trucks outside that they say are reserve so I couldn't get one.but remind I did reserve weeks in advance.so tell me why I couldn't get one? Awful management skill just horrible I'm telling you
don't do it.

Technician was attentive, helpful. Explained the system. They kept their appointment time and were finished in the timeframe promised.

We came to this location because the location we normally use didn't have any trucks available. The staff wasn't friendly and acted as though we were an inconvenience. We returned the truck before the expiration of the lease period, with the same amount of gas and less mileage than we estimated. Here's where the issues begin. The next business day we get a call stating we hadn't returned the truck. We were charged extra for not returning the truck on half a tank. We have evidence to show the mileage/fuel level in and out. We call HQ and the manager was supposed to call us. Never heard from the manager. We won't use this location again. We know they couldn't care less, but customer beware!

We're patient people and it takes a lot to get us upset, but the two employees at this uhaul location just couldn't have cared less about us or our rental. We felt like we were not welcome and were a waste of their time, and it was a shock because we've had great experiences here in the past. Will be taking our business' business elsewhere until nicer people are employed here.
