I was able to transport a washer and dryer safely. However, the reason that I rented the truck that I rented was because I anticipated having a ramp to easily dolly the appliances into the truck. However, I get the truck and when I go to pull the ramp out, there isn't one. I could have rented the smaller cheaper truck for cheaper, and I would have. If I had known that there wasn't a ramp on the box truck.

Was given a truck on 1/4 tank, and had to get gas within the first 20 miles of my one-way rental when the light came on. The alignment on the truck was insanely off. The wheel had to be turned a quarter of the way to the left to go straight.

On top of everything, I was advised to change drop off locations from my original less than a mile from my new home to one 9 miles further down the road to ensure someone would be there for the drop off. To my surprise, there was no one there and everything was a digital drop off - and I ended up going 5 miles over the mileage allotment. A complete waste of time, gas, and money for the additional mileage.

The only positives are the truck was not visibly dirty (just sticky), and the cargo door patched. The employee there had a nice demeanor.

This location was fine. However, I reserved a van and when I showed up to get it I was told I couldn't rent it because I live just over the Alabama line and that I needed a Florida driver's license. Ridiculous.

Mikhail was very helpful and made renting a truck very easy. He is definitely an asset to the company!

Very techy, so it was a little scary simply because I'm not very technology savvy but employees were on hand to help me through the pickup process and a phone call to customer service got the questions I had about the return of the truck answered. Overall, my total experience was great!

Rented this truck for an employee. Very easy to reserve rental online. Employee was able to pick up rental and return with no issues at all.

My only issue was the customer rep obviously did not check the gas gauge, it was said to be on a quarter tank but it was actually well below E.

Being a moving company here locally, we are always in need of some moving supplies quickly and this location has always went above and beyond for not only me but my workers as well! This is the first U-haul location that I recommend knowing they will do everything they can to make sure you are serviced correctly!

Prepare to have your belongings stolen if you store your items at this facility. We stored our belongings, which were mostly our Christmas decorations, at this facility. When we went to retrieve our decorations to decorate for Christmas, everything we owned had been stolen. Supposedly the facility has "security", but anyone can obtain a swipe card to enter the facility after hours. The locks on the doors are "alarmed", but when we questioned the staff about this, the guy said, "There is no one here at night, and the alarm only goes off for 5 seconds. " So essentially, anyone can walk in, cut your lock, and empty your unit. While we lost items of monetary value, the biggest loss to us were items of sentimental value which cannot be replaced. We were given the manager's personal cell phone number by the staff on duty, but the manager, Justin, did not answer our calls. Also, when the staff find an empty unit, which indicates a robbery, they do NOT notify you of the robbery. They quietly close your account hoping you will not notice that they have stopped the automatic payments. We pay many recurring bills on our credit card and so did not know we had been robbed until 3 months after the robbery. I would hate for anyone else to lose irreplaceable items by using this facility.
