Filled up our20 pound BBQ propane tank there today. $3.99 per gallon and tank was 4.4 gallons. There is a pushbutton call bell next to large propane tank as you enter the lot. Nicholas looked after me and 100% satisfied with the service.

Terrible! Upon returning the 10ft box truck, I was told id have to pay a "Fuel Service Fee" of $30 for not returning the truck w/the same amount of fuel it had when I got it. (which i was aware of) So i then asked if i could go ahead and pay for that in cash, and can i recieve a reciept showing so that it would reflect on my mother in laws credit card, the man told me yes and took the $30 saying hed return with my reciept.he did return, but w/o a reciept saying the printers werent working and that theyd email us a reciept reflecting the charges etc.but while looking at my reciept I realized quite a large discrepancy between what i had figured it would cost me and what they WERE charging me.first they charged me. 92 cents a mile instead of the. 79 cents per mile our original contract agreed upon! I then discovered the other even worst cheat they had used on me, when figuring in the mileage they included the last digit on the odometer which is for the tenth of a mile! Which then tacked on close to an extra $100. My suggestions.review your rental agreement/contract with them thoroughly and keep readily available to refer to when returning the vehicle, also do not inder any circumstances allow their employees to tell you "our printers are down at the moment so I cant print you a reciept, but we will email you one. " thats a lie and just another way for them to pocket your cash and dash to the bathroom should they see you return to try and correct the issue.total cons.watch your odometer! This would be a great opportunity for 8 on your side to expose these uniformed plaques on our community!

They have a rat problem in their storage units. I'm not sure how this is possible for inside air conditioned units but unfortunately it occurred in my unit.

Worst people to deal with. Worst attitude ever. Don't wanna help you. They don't want to work.

We’ve rented from here a few times and it’s always been an easy and pleasant experience. Stephen helped us out immensely on our last visit with setting up our hitch. Kudos to Stephen and his crew!

I reserved a storage unit 5x10 online for $64.99 and they said I had to buy a disc lock also. I did so. It showed taking storage price off since I was bringing a trailer one way in. When I got there they said they didn't have it on computer, but showed the lock purchase. Then told me they had NO UNIT AVAILABLE. Found a unit 5 more miles away from me in Sarasota. Tired as I was I went to rent unit there.

After being canceled on by another truck company. I was sooo thankful to Amber for helping me out with a truck! You really helped me out of a horrible situation. I'm so greatly grateful and blessed! Easy drop off and pick up.

Great experience with Todd and Nathan. Hassle at every other U-Haul I went to. I was in and out within 5 minutes!

I’ve been using the U-Haul for a few years now, but specifically my few interactions with the employees over the past couple days has been exceptionally pleasant! Everyone was very helpful, and just plain nice. Unfortunately that’s hard to come by these days! And shout out to the guy who offered and gave me a water bottle while I was waiting for my wife to drop off my I. D! Good job!

Customer service could definitely be improved. The local number never picks up, and the national number is not far behind. My charge was $100 more than my quote, and while I have requested a look at this charge, I have not received a follow up. One staff member outright dismissed another customer that made the complaint. The website was down earlier last week, which made service very slow since all orders had to be called in. While it's out of the control of the local store, it seems like there are some institutional level problems that could be looked at. Parking is limited, but the equipment availability is substantially better than at other local dealers. The staff are also pretty nice from my experience.

The whole experience was extremely easy. Called and made a reservation, a gentleman name Jimmy was great. Arrived for pick up and Stephen was awesome! Made what would normally be a stressful day extremely simple. Stephen definitely needs a raise because his customer service was above and beyond!

Rented a trailer for the day. They hooked it up in a hurry and when I returned it, they unhooked it for me fast as well.

A pleasure to do business with. I did all the rental I could online before picking up the van, when I got to the store there were two people in front of me and I waited about 10 minutes which seemed very reasonable. The van had 668 miles on it so needless to say was in great shape. Maddy was a pleasure to work with and seemed to truly care about customer service. We did self drop-off after hours and it could not have been much easier but we forgot our Sun Pass in the van and called the next day, Maddy made a few phone calls and that evening we went to the store to pick it up

Would not come back. Stood in line for 23 minutes before I was able to rent a truck. Truck rental was fine, but interior clearly had not been cleaned. The full mattress set was an absolute JOKE.it ripped in 2 places just while pulling to get it on mattress- with 2 people, so it's not like it was being pulled hard. Dropped off truck and needed to return a lock I ended up not using and stood in line for another 19 minutes. There was only one other person in front of me. Multiple employees walked past multiple times, so they saw how long I had been there.
The parking situation is LAUGHABLE.they have maybe 4 spots open at any time. The rest are taken up by equipment, so I was in a traffic jam trying to find some place to park- ended up parking in small employee parking lot behind the storage place.
FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE. This place made me want to pull my hair out.

Very helpful and efficient staff. Absolutely great experience will use again in the future.

I was charged over $20 extra because I returned a trailer after hours. I've done this many times at other U-haul locations. Understaffed and incompetent. Go to another U-Haul location and save yourself some frustration.

Terrible service the guy wouldn’t refill my tanks because he said he heard lightning yes you heard me right last I checked u can’t hear lightning u have to see it and there was none but they filled the guy next to me and said I could stand and wait in the rain and he walked off when he was done with the other guy

Great service specially Rick and Nick however self service return is a little complicated, no heads up on creating account. Spent 45 minutes in the process, gotta set up account and upload pictures to prove return! Heads up next time!

Fast and friendly service and the pickup truck I rented was fairly new and clean. Checking out and checking back in when I returned the vehicle was a breeze. I will patronize this place again if a rental need arises.
