3 This is a small, but very good U-Haul location. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager (and I think owner) yesterday. I believe his name is Bill.
He helped me with a difficult situation:
I rented a U-Haul 26' truck and trailer for a one-way move. The place on the contract to which I was supposed to return the vehicle and trailer told me that they already had too many trucks and trailers, and refused to accept the equipment, so I went to this U-Haul store at 908 North Dixie Highway, in Boca Raton, FL. His location was clearly too small to accept the vehicle and trailer, but he was able to help me find one just a couple of miles north of him that could accept it.
He even helped by ground guiding me, and stopped the traffic on the very busy highway in front of his store, so that I could safely back out of a blind alley.
I want to say "Thank you" for that, especially. Clearly, this is the kind of business that will bend over backwards to help you, which makes this a GO-TO business in my book!
Always a great experience with minimal delays and great customer service staff.
You haul what can I say about them is that they have the best price in town they will even come close to enterprise for rentals. They also have stuff for packing trailer hitches trailer balls.
