Don was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to our needs. Everything about our rental was fully explained. The automated equipment check-in process for existing damages is easy to use. The only concern I had is that 2 bags of our rental pads were damp, with one being wet and unusable. I think maybe they were washed and not properly dried. No matter though as we didn't need them. I would recommend this location.

Lost my reservation corrected it right away by giving me a bigger truck at same price.will rent again from here. Great service

And extremely rude experience that I had at this U-Haul experience I am sitting in my car waiting I’ve moved to different places I moved over by a gas pump to the side out of everyone’s way and then a very angry little man comes over and has me move to say that I’m blocking the pump so just to prove his point after I move my car he takes a U-Haul over there in opens up the back of it just a vacuum it out in front of the gas pump doesn’t put gas in just wanted to show me that he was going to move and then immediately moved two seconds later you have a little petty stuff try to do better with customer service and all of these things could’ve avoided been avoided with just being very polite and asking nicely to move because I didn’t realize I was blocking anything because there wasn’t anyone there. Also the whole time I waited no one even came up to that pump other than the one time he brought the U-Haul over there to vacuum it out with an air blower.tiny petty man I hope you have a better day.

I reserved a panel van the day before and it was there when I needed it

Bin going there for the last 20 years to rent a u-haul truck from them and for the last 20 years it's been the same courteous and kind and very good price on the trucks we'll go there until the bono's sell the place which I hope never their father would be proud of them God bless his soul. I just wanted to say I also rented a truck it was supposed to be for one day but I have a family member with covid when it was time to move no one wanted to help. So my wife and I had to pack a three bedroom house out of storage and into the garage. Yhea my wife is 4' 11 I had boxes that that weighed more than she did.iam not asking for sympathy just an understanding for inconveniencing u-haul neighborhood truck rental it was not their fault that I inconvenienced them and the customer.they were not able to fulfill their obligation to their customer. Again I apologize to them and customers.

I highly recommend this U-haul dealer. Don is a very pleasant and honest man. If I could give more than 5 stars it would be 10 stars. I will definitely do business with them in the future.

We have been renting from De bonos for over 20 years. Great service and freindly staff. They also make great subs.

The old bat that works at this gas station is absolutely miserable. She was being rude and irritable on the phone with a customer when we walked in, and then was rude to my fiance's face. They need to find someone with better customer service skills that knows how to multi task and be pleasant towards valued customers. Maybe it's time for her to go to the nursing home.
